and again about the china door, most sold in the market are Nigeria market quality for the Nigeria masses that why I never patronise them cause it a must low quality product. Wooden door are better imorted or local and are good u can either use mahogany or mazonia not too expensive but has quality.

Very good development. But I would have been happier if it was located in, say, Ikeja G.R.A , so that I go fit wear boxers with bare feet and no shirt dey trek go there sef. The problem with that Alausa location is the mad traffic on that link road to/from Awolowo road/Allen Avenue axis. It's all good anyways. At least the unnecessary over-hyping of 'Island' would reduce gradually. We already have excellent nightclubs and restaurants in Ikeja.

Pls tell them o, I hope the owners are reading this thread, cos shopping mall without game is not complete at all

There is absolutely nothing to worry about.
Jus make sure it is installed properly.
Furthermore, please make sure the installer test that the door opens
and closes well(without any extra efforts). And if it had anyproblems after
installation, it should be worked on. Please don't allow any id.i.ot to hit the door
with hammer in the name of trying to make it fit. Except you want to buy a new one!!!!

I left 3feet set back from the road before mounting the fence.
Normally, I was supposed to have around 1feet after my fence
but since I left 3, I have 4feet now.

I plan to use this 4feet to plant at the front of my fence.
I'm certain that will add more beauty to my house
