I saw a construction where the wiring was done before Pop but the electrical fittings were fixed after the Pop.Fittings

So is it better to keep subsidizing for the rich and more  populated lagos at the expense of the poor and less populated state like jigawa which is the poorest state in Nigeria? Goverment is saying let's give this money for subsidy to state and local goverment to look after its own people!! as a citizen if I hear that the FG is giving my LG  almost 250billion a year!i cannot be on the street protesting that  
Them money should be giving back to NNPC to continue sharing it fuel marketers.that why Ʊ  Ơ̴̴͡.̮Ơ̴̴̴͡ that all governors are in support of the removal is left for us the citizens to hold there state and local goverment resposible to knw where their own share is going to help the poor who  the subsidy is actually intended for. Instead of the rich who consumes more of the subsidized fuel

Don't u envisage that poor people in rural areas that are already buying expensive will begin to buy more expensive if Government remove the subsidy as you wished. Can you show what projects the LG and states' have done with billions obtained in the past years. The only thing that an average Nigerian runs on is fuel, why make it more expensive. Can't government probe NNPC and their marketers instead of making Nigerians pay for their corruptions and incompetence.

I dont think its too much, especially in areas like Lagos, I charged a prospective client 95k for a floor block work in Enugu and he is telling me its too much. This amount includes the block setting money and the money for guys serving masons.

I agree with the guru himself. The price is fair for 4000 blocks, if you can squeeze the guy to give you some discount will be an added advantage for u.
The guy that is complaining that 95k is too much should be careful less he gets into the hands of the quack engineers

Some updates will not be too bad

Please a quick question why is the boungalow being sold.

Am Alone:
The only advantage I know is that bigger tilers are often finer
as there would be less joints.
But for smaller rooms, use small tiles.

But the disadvantage is that it is more expensive and if you break one, you lose almost a square meter.

The size of the sitting room floor tiles is 80cm by 80cm
while that of the rooms are 60 by 60cm

The kitchen is same as the rooms. While the middle tiles in the kitchen looks like just one is because the joints were filled with white cement
and since its a white tiles, it simply blends as one. . . .
