For my clients who are trying to decide between internal and external piping of waste from their upcoming projects, just keep this picture in mind, after the young man packed into this house, soon there was a leakage of waste and they had to open the walls and do the piping afresh. Imagine how the whole house will be smelling.

i am s much afraid of conduit for waste pipes, when they develop issues, the whole thing gets messy.

My only concern is the impact that fuel subsidy palava but not to worry there will always be a way out.

I am not also sure how this fuel issue will affect building in Nigeria

Mine cost quite alot because the brand is towers aluminium(second most expensive in Naija and is very durable).

But you can go with the normal one
the difference is not too much(if you can do a better pricing)
I think around 2k to 3k difference on each!!!!!!
