Biafra came about because the North did not want true federalism. Biafra was declared by Ojukwu because the agreement on a confederation that was signed in Aburi Ghana was flagrantly breached by Gowon and his Northern cohorts. As long as the core North is part of Nigeria, true federalism will never come back because we all know they will vote against it at the national assembly.

Personally, I want my 50 million strong Igbo nation to be independent. We don't need Nigeria or some of the minorities in Southern Nigeria who are still shouting 'our oil!'. We need our freedom to Govern our selves. It won't be easy in the beginning but nothing good comes easy anyway.

So whether Yoruba from Offa or Ifelodun in Kwara, or Kabba or Yagba in Kogi, or from Oshogbo or Abeokuta. All are the same.

The question is would Nigerians be willing to Vote for a Smart Adeyemi from Kogi state in the North Central as President, after maybe a Fashola or Fayemi Presidency of 8yrs? Would you as a Nigerian be willing to accept such even when it is now a Northerner contesting?

Jame Faleke from Kogi is presently a house of reps member from Lagos.
Lai Mohammed from Kwara was Chief of Staff to Tinubu in Lagos.
Lateef Jakande from Kwara was already Lagos first civilian governor.

All are from the North Central states of Kwara and Kogi.

Ibos hate everyone and anything that exposes their lies! Since 1967, Ibos lies have been completely exposed, so much so no one accords them any respect in Nigeria or outside Nigeria. No one pays them any type of special attention and anything or anyone they associate with always fails from Azikiwe, Ojukwu, Dasuki, Ekeremandu, Saraki, Odulah even their ill advised war cost them 3 M souls! Their latest failure is GEJ, who failed miserably after they put all their investment and hope on him.

In a larger context, Ibos hate almost everyone even their fellow Ibos. Anambra hates people from Ebonyi and Imo, Osus are hated, Imo doing better than Anambra causes a lot of bitterness. Enugu is seen as irrelevant and Abia the cesspit of dirt, odium and backward black hole. The best medicine for Ibo hate is to ignore the Ibo, they are maybe 5th or 6th class citizens in Nigeria. Let other parts of Nigeria keep them on a short leash and away from important responsibilities and their heritage of land and culture. Anything this people touch or associate with always goes down the drain, except of course Nigeria is ready and always working hard to counter the negative pull forces of the Ibos to destroy the country!
