Why are some people bent on politicizing every situation?
Every slight decision that inconvenient everyone is solely against them.

This is not the first time we will be holding general election during tertiary institutions academic year so every student voters should find a way around it.

These Obi people ehnnn.....very naïve and ludicrous in their inclination.

They'll be taught the bitter political lesson come 25th of February.

They've refused to accept that all politics is local. So you can't impose ur worries in Abia on Benue people.
What you think it's a national outcry in ur locality may not matters or could easily be rationalize by another locality.

The LP and their supporters lack the basic understanding of local skills politics. This is where the legacy parties will hit them hard.

The opposition parties in their confusion & fear of imminent defeat try fruitlessly to stoke an imaginary rift btw Mr. President and the incoming President Tinubu.

It is absolute nonsensical for the heathens to imagine vain against the crown Prince. They said more than this before the APC primaries but we all know the outcome.

Again, it's interesting how the opposition parties and their supporters who has downplayed the powerfulness & popularity of Mr. Buhari all these years to wake up & start singing the Lord's song.

I am certainly not carried away by what I read in the media. A lot of times, people are either misinformed or guilty of ignorance to facts.

Your first comment exposed your lack of proper information on strong leadership. It exposed your lack of information about certain great leaders, whose roles were very key to the development and greatness of the countries presently.

No one in indispensable, but great leaders make great nations. They build institutions, infrastructures and legacies that impact positively to several generations after them. You may take your time to study Japan and China.

If you say Obi’s supporters do so because of their religious beliefs, then you are greatly amiss. Take your time to ask why Obi has risen so greatly in such a short period and continues to soar. Even if it is on the basis of religion, is it a secret that one major basis for supporting Atiku/Tinubu/Kwakwanso is their religious faith? By the way, at this point of Nigerian politics, can you separate religion from it?

You are in Benue state according to you. How do you expect those of us who do not know how things function there to give you first hand information, as a resident? If that is the case, how then do you expect to comment on Anambra state, when you do not have an idea?

Those of you who claim that Southeasterns migrate to Lagos or other parts of the country, make mockery of yourselves. Everyday in Lagos presently, truckloads of northerners, cows, motorcycles and weapons make their way to Lagos. You can confirm that from any Lagos resident. They also migrate to other parts of the nation, just like other citizens are permitted by law to move and associate freely nationwide. The development of Lagos was a national effort, with contribution from the resources of the federation and the migration of different people from different parts. How you single out the Southeasterners, exposes some form of jealousy and anger at the progress they have made. By the way the southeasterns are also all over Benue state and other parts of the country. How have you, residing in Benue, singled out Lagos? Why is Benue state not as developed as Lagos?

Bros na too eating of Benue yam no let you see matters well.

Nna rest from this ur innuendo.
The fact that I said I'm Benue doesn't mean I reside there bro.

I've responded to some of your kinsmen here who cares to know that I am not one of those you can spin with inanities or myth about the demographic status of any part of the country.

I've stayed, dined & do business with the Igbos having lived in FESTAC for 13yrs before moving to Abuja 2018. So don't come here and tell me anything about being jealous or envious of people I know in and out.
I won't wants to go into some details out of respect for those Igbos that work with me.

I'm a field professional/contractor and I've done so many projects across different parts of the country so I can tell you for free about different places.
Presently I'm engaged in ecological project I'm attracting to my place so rest ur argument from ur ignorance.

On the issue of migration, anambra people and South East are traders to a large extent. Everything concerning trading and importation flows into the country from lagos. Sometime ago it costs 800k to move a container from China to lagos and 1.2m to move same container from.lagos to onitsha or owerri. What it means therefore is that u are forced to stretch out your profit margin in order to get ur goods down. If you have a warehouse in lagos, that expenditure is cut and you maximize profit.

Peter Obi is the man.

Nna save your energy and rest.
I've stayed among your people having lived in FESTAC for 13 years before moving to Abuja 2018 so I'm not one of those you can spin with inanities.

More than 80% of Igbos that comes to Lagos is purely for greener pasture and not container or importation business as you alluded.
Some even come solely to entertain us with Ogene music every evening when we'd sit out.

I'm a field professional/contractor and I've done so many projects across different parts of the country so I can tell you for free about different places.

I'm only trying to be diplomatic and fair when I said 'I don't need to be in Anambra to know about Obi's performance.

Anambra state has being my route and stopover most especially during Obi's administration so there's nothing new you can tell me that is spectacular.

Obi to me is even below average in terms of capacity and competence. The only thing going for hm is ethno religious sentimentality.

... there's no one nation..."? Even in you have not ventured out of this country, you would have heard in the news of a man called LEE QUAN YU. He is termed the founder and builder of Singapore. Take your time to read about him. Take your time to read of Paul Kagame since the Rwandan war. If you can afford the cost, please visit Kigali. I have been to both countries.

Great countries must first have great leaders. Development is centered around leadership. Your country rests on poor leadership and a Bewitched followership.

Please be informed that the reasons for supporting Obi are not just about his health, strength and skills. The major reasons are accountability, intergrity and trust to deliver. We do not want leaders who want to tell us that they provide infrastructures while the bifurcate the commonwealth and create more poor people. We do not want leaders who talk of cash transfer, while the use the opportunity to loot the treasury.

You have never been to Anambra state, so you are not in a position to talk about what you know nothing about. This Lagos-Ibadan press has confused so many of your likes and you have failed to talk your time to check physically.

With Tinubu, Kwakwanso and Atiku, Nigerians have more terrible days ahead. You are an Atiku supporter. Bros, no let sorry continue to be your name and title.

I'd think it's you that wrote like someone who is confused by media euphoria.
My point is simple, even if Singapore could have missed the opportunity of electing the man, there are others who could have conveniently rose to the occasion.

The idea of building an institutions around a person or assuming a person is indispensable is not only myopic but vacuous.

You probably don't know who you're responding to, but I'm not one of ur unexposed folks and kins.

There's no part of this country I've never being to. In fact I'd transverse 4-5 states every fortnight as a field person.

I'm in Benue state as we speak, and most of my people supporting Obi are doing so out of religious leaning and not competence or capacity.

Besides I don't even need to be in Anambra to know weda Obi performed or not cos it's a global village. If he has done creditably well we wouldn't have had this SEasteners continuous migration to Lagos state.

If Nigeria misses Peter Obi, I will conclude that this country was never designed to be great!

Stop being myopic as there's no nation which only saviour is one man.

Many of you guys his supporters hyped this man as if it's not this mediocre Obi that governed Anambra state for 8Yrs.

In all honesty, do we want Nigeria of today to be administered the way Obi governed Anambra state? If we want that then Nigeria and Nigerians has a long wait to get to the ideal destination we'd hope for.

I seriously doubt if you are a northern Christian. If at all you are, you are likely among the about 20% Christian voters who are voting for either Atiku, Kwankwaso or Tinubu and you are entitled to your choice.
Peter Obi is getting about 15% Muslim votes apart from the about 80% Christian voters that will vote the former Anambra state governor.
You are so funny Mr. 'northern Christian'. If no northern Christian is competent to become Tinubu's vice, how can they be competent to vote for his Muslim/Muslim ticket?
Please start getting used to calling Peter Obi your president.
Thank you.

Stop this your self deception and hallucination.
Probably because you're not well exposed you sit somewhere and assumed all manners of 'feel good' euphoria.

Obi is going no where and many of his enlightened supporters know.
I am presently in Benue, Otukpo precisely and I can tell you for free that Obi is only popular in the city center of otukpo. Even upon that there's a salient 'Igbophobia sentiment' amongst the Idomas .

I'm doing an ecological project in a neighboring village of Benue state bordering Enugu state so I can tell you what those rural dwellers stand for. The highest bidder!

I schooled in the North East and I can tell you a lot about the Northern Christian disposition and inclination over there.

Although I don't take many of you seriously cos of your inherent poor sense of judgement and political naivety.

If I may ask you, when was the last time you supported and predicted a presidential candidate and he won? This should be a retrospective question to douse ur fantasy.

I think you are being deceived by past polls.
2023 is a far different ball game from 2015 and 2019.
Religious sentiments is playing a huge roll in 2023.
Muslim/Muslim ticket, the Fulani herdsmen issue, Ruga and reaction to Deborah's gruesome murder is most likely making about 80% of Christians to vote Peter Obi in 2023.
Besides, president Buhari was on the ballot in 2019. Buhari's former voters are now mostly but not all Atiku's voters this time around.

2023 election will indeed be different from 2019 so we've heard in previous successive election.
Apart from the Muslim- Muslim ticket factor which is overrated by the promoters all other parameters you've mentioned has been there.

I don't know when will you guys understand that all politics is local.
Every locality has it peculiar considerations for voting, so using what bothers you in Abia or perceived national outcry to assumed for everywhere is myopic & ignorance.

Prior to 2019, we've heard how Fulani herdsmen has killed almost all Benue people and no Benue person will vote Buhari the Grand patron of herdsmen.
After the election which Atiku narrowly won by less than 7k votes, Benue people has shown that their own consideration is different from what the outsiders were assuming for them.

I'm a Christian from the North and I'll voting and canvassing for Tinubu.

So let's work with your reasoning: in 2019, the contest in Yobe was predominantly between Buhari and Atiku. Now that Buhari is not on the ballot, who will they vote for? Tinubu Abi? 😂🤣🤣

Honestly some of you guys are not fit for the politics section going by your lack of basic political knowledge.

Yobe state has ever be an anti-pdp state right from 1999. A state occupied by predominantly Kanuris who have their own Shetima as a VP candidate to Tinubu, and with almost all their main political stakeholders in APC is not expected to vote for the APC according to your low analytic reasoning?

Even Atiku in his wildest dreams won't accept the offer of winning Yobe state. APC will have nothing less than 80% votes in Yobe state.

25 February is close so there's no need to educate you much.

Any poll that placed Atiku and Obi in first and second position respectively or vice versa is meant for trashcan.

Except for political neophytes, everyone should know that Atiku and Obi people are one and same. They can't vote two candidates at same time for same position so their numbers can't add up. Commonsense!

I reiterated that Tinubu will be the least popular candidate not to win an election that has Atiku and Obi on the same ballot.

They even gave Yobe to Atiku....Odiegwu!
A state that Atiku got 8% in 2019. Miracle poll.

Let his headless mob keep making the noise in the online spaces & some metropolitan areas.

After this Election, Obi & his people most especially will learn that Nigeria politics is not for neophytes.

Tinubu will win the Election on a first ballot.
Atiku will come a distant second.
I don't know who will come third between Kwankwaso and the Andrew liver salt party man.

It is this same Atiku, Obi was going round with to every nooks and crannies of this country telling us that he's the 'cleanest of all saints' to be entrusted with the top job.

What has changed? It's either Obi is a pretender or a smooth accomplice.
