Hello all, What documents would my employer need to provide as my sponsor? Thank you |

Thekingsimon: Australia doesn't have a visa appointment date (like the US). After submission of your visa application, you'll be asked to go for your medicals and biometrics after which your application will be accessed. Waiting times is on the immigration website. |

Taal17: If the bolded applies to the UK, it may not be applicable to other Western nations such as Australia (where admission doesn't guarantee a visa), hence my question. Furthermore, as I mentioned, the only reason for contemplating the UK is solely for educational purposes—they have no intention of seeking work experience or additional income due to existing commitments outside the UK. Therefore, I maintain my stance that his advice was unsolicited and failed to address the actual question. |

Reanzi: 1a. Sometimes biometrics get updated quickly and other times it doesn't. Give it 24 to 48hrs. 1b. Yes, it's because of your biometrics. 2. Technically yes, although there's no harm in attaching a health insurance certificate if you have one. 1 Like |

lexybaba1234: Thank you for your response although your advise is unsolicited. To clarify, my inquiry was about securing a visa, rather than on gaining admission. Additionally, the client is considering studying in the UK and has sufficient funds to cover their entire stay without the necessity of employment. |

wilsonobee: 1. Decide on the state you want to study in. 2. Search for A1 level schools that offer the nursing program 3. Write your PTE 4. Send in your application (DIY or via an agent) 5. Get admission and pay the deposit to get your COE. 6. Prepare the necessary documents to file a visa (Passport, PTE, Financial documents, SOP e.tc) 7. Submit your Visa application 8. Go for your biometrics and medicals 9. Wait for your Visa Outcome 10. If Visa is granted, book a flight and travel to Australia With the current visa trend, getting a visa with a cheap school is very diffcult |

Dgabby01: Depending on the school, you should be able to send in your application yourself and also get admission without an English test result. You just need a letter from your previous school stating the medium of communication was english. However, you will need to present an english test result for visa application. |
