It's not worth it
I have a frnd in naija, who wants to reward himself with a ride....
I actually told him to skip naija used and buy tokunbo ....he decided to ignore and buy used hoping he will be able to save more money..
The car clean gan oh...but the engine na scam The sellers are obliged to disclose whatever that is wrong with their cars, let the buyers use their discretion to either buy or move. But this is Nigeria, almost everyone doesn't know what the word "honest" means anymore. They always want more than the actual values of their cars. It is a shame! |

From what I read up there, Musk is nothing but a crying baby. I think the Pausing of that contract really destabilized him. That's just one man's rant against another, not exchange of words between the two. Dollywood: You're telling me Elon Musk doesn't know what he's saying? He's in sifia pain |

DoggoneDogg: Get a car with that & do Uber. No conventional business is moving in Nigeria under Buhari currently. If you open shop, na you go patronize yourself. Why do you guys like to make terrible general conclusions like this? All those trucks and trailers loading goods in one location and offloading it in another location everyday, are the owners throwing them into the sea or something? If you know what you are doing, with this our population of over 200 million people, you should know the kind of business to venture into. Remember, we're a consuming nation! cuteralph101: Hi Nlanders, I just moved to Lagos and its a whole new feeling being out of Lagos for 5 years. Like a prodigal son I've returned to the land of opportunities. Right now I'm having a hard time to figure out what business to venture in. My uncle gave me a week to decide on any business of my choice but honestly there are just too many to think of. Any idea would be appreciated. Target startup capital is 2m to 5m. Find a good location and move into distribution of FMCG (fast moving consumers goods), 5m naira is not bad for a start. |

Adesanwo explained that the victim was supposed to resume a new job a day after he was killed, adding that his family members had been contacted.

Guyman02: In Nigeria quota system may not even allow her to be recruited because of the part of the country she hails from.
Some people are happy with the Court judgement on VAT in favour of Rivers state not because they think the money will not be embezzled by state officials but because agencies like FIRS will never advertise vacancies and employ youths on merit from across the country, imagine that the current MD recruited 2000 staff on quota who are mostly from one part of the country to the extent that the Auditor General had to raise alarm about increasing wages at FIRS.
Congratulations to Pasuma for raising a responsible daughter I hope you were as concerned like this as when Stella Oduah filled all the advertised slots in the aviation ministry with people from certain region, she didn't even follow the quota system. Quota system is by far better than all these nepotism we're seeing in Nigeria today, winners take all. |

Web2020: You are the judge and also the jury's. Well done He doesn't even need any judge or jurors. We should just forget about his existence, he deserves much more. My husband was shot in my presence – Esther Abdul
Esther’s intermittent sighs were an instant give-away that she was gravely burdened. She looked lost and quite unsettled. At intervals, she went from placing her hands on the head to cupping her chin.
Investigations gathered she became delirious after witnessing the gruesome murder of her husband, Inspector Ali Abdul, by unknown gunmen at their residence in Ibiasoegbe, in the Oru West Local Government Area.
The deceased was attached to the Omuma Area Command.
Esther, who just had a baby, revealed that the assailants came around 2am.
“We were sleeping when my husband got a call from an unknown person to come outside,” she said with tears cascading down her cheeks.
“He initially refused, but when they threatened to come inside and kill all his family members, he agreed to their demand. As soon as he stepped outside wearing only his boxer, he was shot on the side.”
Esther said dealing with the trauma of witnessing her husband’s murder and nursing a baby had been tough. |
