They must be insane to asked a Governor to resign because of their minimum wage. So that means they only care about themselves not the ordinary masses. What's their percentage of vote when it comes to elections compare to other Nigerians.

So what they are implying is that governors are elected to pay them salaries even if it's to the detriment of ordinary masses.

Then how'd the government improve the economy if most of their earnings goes to salary payment. No nation will develop if government is the highest employer of labour. Most of these developed economy around the world, government doesn't employ more than 30% of their total workforce. Private sectors does the bulk of the employment due to thriving economy.

Most of the state you are trying to back up waste funds. Please don't ever compare Nigeria to US again. I am agitating for a better economy.

Civil servants are not the only citizens. So government should created enabling environment for business to thrive by improving the economy. That'd reduce inflation.

They've been on this same issue for months. I think not all states can afford to pay this 30k minimum wage because some states are poor and depends on Federal government monthly allocation while some states are rich cos they have substantial IGR.

Some states are running on deficit budget already because 70% of their income goes to salary payment, and still we expect those state governors to perform magic and develop their infrastructure overnight with 30% available fund.

The labour Union should've negotiated this minimum wage issue on individual state basis not in collective terms.

By the way, the salary increment is not even the way out because no matter how the salary is adjusted, it won't improve their standard of living because of the daily raise in inflation. So instead the labour Union should agitated for better economy instead of salary increment.

For instance, take a look at the United States, they still use 1 and 10 dollar bills and their highest currency note is $100 bill and their standard of of living is miles ahead of Nigerian due to low inflation rate.

Most of these political parties are mushroom party. Most of them were registered for decades without even winning a councillor seat. Even the INEC Chairman they are supporting is looking for a way to withdraw their registration certificate.

PDP doesn't even need the backing of those kindergarten parties to win elections. What they need is to synthesis their party by retiring all their members that served in the former administration and nurture youths to take over the mantel of their party leadership. Then find a credible presidential candidate that'd be accepted in all the political zones.

They should distance their party from people like: Atiku, Obasanjo and GEJ with all their cronies. That's the magic the need to rejuvenate their slumbering party.

No, manually, through the exams and records unit. It took them a week to get my department to forward my details to them, another one week to put the transcript in place, and the last week was consumed on the courier. I paid 5k then but it is now 7k if the transcript is to be sent to another institution.
