no you cant, every person on camp is validated even the traders and cameramen, they have to always sign in and out and show whatever it is they registered as their businesses on camp to the camp guards, so its not a piece of cake sneaking out, although i have heard some guys brag how they settled soldiers to leave camp on weekdays.... Do not try to play smart for irrelevant things at the cost of your service.

For those asking if you can watch premier league on camp, i asked a friend who just returned and he affirms that they do watch matches. Infact he says anything is available in the mami market. He served in lag and he said on sundays some stand owners just bring big umbrella's, mount a tv and benches and people just pay and watch.... It all depends on the state you're posted and the ingenuity of the traders. As for the other questions like bet9ja, you can pay anyone of the numerous cameramen to go do the needful for you outside..
