Please I Need Advice From Real Men And Sensible Ladies On This Issue

My girlfriend of 2 years is about to leave me. the signs are everywhere. i am not financially stable for now but i love her so much. my income is small(30k) a month and i am planning seriously to get a better job before settling down.

She is 29 and already worried because she has a very good paying job and a lot of pressure is coming for her to settle down. family and friends are worried why she is still single and alot of other guys have been coming for her. a read a chat with her and her friend on her phone one time and the friend was telling her to leave me for another rich dude.

She has been very patient with me but its like her patience is running out since she is getting close to 30. she said she is ready to marry me the way i am that we will manage our income together till i get a better job since her income is better. she also said some families dont even earn half of what she earns and they are fine, she said she cant wait for me anymore that she wants to settle down but am scared because i feel a man should have enough before settling down and i want to be a real man. should i go ahead and marry as she suggest since she has a good job or i should beg her to be patient till i find another job so i can be a better husband. i dont want to loose her, i believe she is my wife and i told her from the first day i met her. pls how can i handle the situation. matured advice please.
NB. we met during nysc and she was lucky to get a very good job before me
. Guy use speed marry that bae, you dey fuckup o, these days ladies are beginning to earn more than their men, since most high paying jobs in Nigeria 4 men are almost always on contract..... The salary does not make the man bro, attitude does. If you always make a conscious effort to better your lot (hustle), treat her like a queen, treat her fuckups with maturity, always upping your bedroom skillz, she will treat you like her king.... Dont be surprised when she seeks your opinion on how to manage her own salary...

Majority of the men here dont even know their wives earn more than they do, especially engineers who are always at the mercy of contracts.

My Experience of the south east and south south
I was born in Lagos state and have spent most of my life in the southwest but I am actually Hausa. I Have never been to the south-east or south-south part of Nigeria despite having many friends from the region. I had been to practically every region apart from the SE AND SS.

As the saying goes, experience is the best teacher and nothing prepares you for the unknown as much as the NYSC does. I remember the day i got my Call up letter like it was yesterday. We had all gathered in front of the faculty officers office awaiting our turns to get called in for our Posting letters. Many people came out of the office rejoicing and this gave me a little bit of hope but boy was i wrong. I knew i wasn't going to get what i expected when i noticed the countenance of the officer as he handed the letter to me.As I stared down at my call up letter with the bold words written on it 'A State in the South east', I couldn't help but let the flow of mixed feelings come through. At first i was dazed, then slowly the reality of my situation began to creep in. I could feel my heart shredding into several pieces with every beat. This was probably due to the negative stories (kidnapping, fraud and etc) and pictures I had heard and seen in the media. While others were rejoicing about their states of deployment, I simply walked to a corner to let hot tears that had welled up in my eyes fall freely.

At that moment, Google became my best friend and the Nigerian Map became my Companion. Who knew the southern Province occupied about 1/3 times the size of Nigeria? Before then, i didn’t….lol!. Since desperate times requires desperate measures, lots of things went through my mind with the first being how to change my state of deployment but since i wasn't married, Heavily pregnant or sick & living with a serious health condition, my hopes of changing my state of deployment flew out the window, my fate had been sealed.

I Had my camp in Enugu and was posted to Calabar.
On getting to Enugu state, I found the place to be Dirty and rowdy. The camp was even worse than most of the NYSC camps I had visited in other states (mine included). My roommates were fun and lively. Fortunately for me, 3 of us were from the same department in school, so we kinda had an upper hand in bonding with the others.

After finally completing the registration process at my PPA, I was so uncomfortable and angry. The lodge I was provided was tiny and stuffy,
and at night the mosquitoes came en masse on their power bikes. My first night was dreadful, I couldn’t sleep. Throughout the night, I made a
mental note on getting a new apartment the
next day. The next day I asked around for where I could get an apartment around my PPA. I finally got one and I spent two days buying stuffs and tidying the place up.

In summary, It was a horrible expireInce, everyone there was abrasive and were not polite. They always tried to deceive people. I will never wish that experience on anyone.

I think you are truly the most selfish idiot i ever had the misfortune to write to......
I do not know where you served, you self important Arrow but it clearly is not in the south east....... Enugu is supremly hospitable and clean, unless you are one of those creeps who seek out bad news just to deceive others with seemingly odious and miasmic stories...... I wonder what state you hail from that you had to paint the entire south east in such light, and for future purpose you should know that a place is what you make it......

Please what can I do, my husband seems to be addicted to porn and masturbation. He does it at every opportunity he has, even on our matrimonial bed and it's quite disgusting.
there is a site on google that helps with men addicted to porn and masturbation, "google porn related erectile dysfunction .... It has all the material needed to reset your husband's brain.... The major symptoms are
Weak joystick
Inability to feel pleasure from vaginal friction
No interest in real women
Depression
Cant ejaculate unless there is rough external help
Creepy anxiety and fear of intercourse....
Since your husband has refused to change, you need to step up, do research on the effects of low penis sensitivity porn and masturbation...... If this doesn't scare him, only God can help you.

you mean like an estate agent?
estate agent deals mostly on the financial and caretaker part of it, while a property developer can get a contract to redesign, build, manage, lease or sell the property......
First thing is to print a large poster announcing what you do, stake it at junctions where it can be easily noticed and also on social networking sites..... Meet some land agents and tell them you'd need their contacts incase your clients require properties to buy or sell.... Advertise bogus properties it doesnt matter on the sign posts, print a complimentary card..... Meet people alot especially rich people in your place of worship and hand them your cards, always keep bringing up your agency in conversations...... Wait for a call or lobby for one anywhere you can, if you get a call to provide property you can revert to calling the other agents who are already established and get 5-10% of any price agreed on, from there you're good to go..... This is one of my options

well obviously I already have a certificate and want to add a skill, but fools like you always assume the worst of people, I think you need to learn how to mind your business if you have nothing useful to say, quoting people out of context doesn't make you sound intelligent, I don't need to learn manners cos I already have manners but quoting people with nothing useful to say doesnt portray much of someone with manner, now run along
I am glad you have a certificate, i am also glad you posses some Manner's, insults are unnecessary......Your decision to learn a skill is note worthy and commendable and i wish you all the luck you need.....

I am sorry if you feel hurt by my words as that was not my intentions. I noticed that censure brings out the best in people, well at least my workers, and have acquired a taste for talking that way........ Try not to be too quick to throw insults. Have a lovely day and dont quote me again please.

How do this people arrive at this most influential this influential that.

21st century media na wash. 54 countries make up Africa. You say she is most influential. How did you arrive at that biko. Not hating. Am asking the media.

If you say Ngozi okonjo iweala known by almost all heads of government in Africa. Known by all multinationals in Africa and still soaring at the global stage. Atleast she has an impeccable resume, I will understand but Chimamanda. ..naaa. she is still coming up.
just negodu what you just quipped, the word influential already means someone who affects people in a major way.... Chimamanda is already a symbol of feminism personified, has written books that speaks to millions, giving women a stage to be heard especially black women.... Her input is respected by every institution in fashion, industry, science etc. Has two major motion pictures to her credit and has won more international awards than most at her relative young age... Ngozi okonjo is ranked up there too but go to america and ask about her, don't be surprised they'd all come up blank

RomanceRe: Ladies: Can You Marry A Man Who Is Currently Earning N50,000 Monthly As Salary? by awakeuche(m): 11:39am On Oct 22, 2016
nuelyoyo:
my brother, that was how one was asking me how am being paid in my sales work, asking if is based on commission or salary, she was also asking me how I go about selling, whether I use a vehicle to run around. Bottom line is she wants to have a clue of my income and mobility. And this questions were coming a day after I approached her chatted her up and got her contact - after church service, how on earth would u be asking such bearly 24 hours after, she even wan know the area wey i dey stay for the town, at best u can ask me what i do for a living , other thing you wish to know will be revealed as we get along, mbanu! She wan know deep things, even when I never state my intentions.
So I have started loosing interest in her, and Na teacher she be oh for private school, her salary for no pass 20k. No woman wan suffer, they want to know the level of Ur pocket before committing themselves to you for marriage, and I no blame them.
The way Nigeria has been from time past has made many people materialistic, people want to associate with you only coz of the things they want to benefit from you, and this mindset has been extended to relationships and marriage.
hahaha, bro i can relate, its simple, most Nigerian women only care about settling down with a man they feel is wealthy, they keep thinking short term, until they turn 35 and become desperadoes.... My advice for them would be to appreciate a hard working man and build something with him and to quit dreaming of lalaland.
