first heaven is atmosphere, the second heaven is where the moon and stars (solar system), and the third heaven is where God is on his throne.

I could be wrong, since i may not understand that well on my own. but i may say Its because they have believed in and received Christ.

They realized to repent, and become the home of Christ, their hearts are no longer stones, but are under the Spirit and grace ( they become adopted sons) . I will need to read more, so i may gain understanding.

God still wants you to show outward righteousness so that your light will shine before men and they will see your good works and glorify God.

Men do not have the privilege of seeing our hearts, but God wants you to show them how Godly your heart is by the character you display, and in dressing, in telling the truth, in not collecting bribe, in not duping people, in not fornicating, in not comitting adultery, in not committing evil....

If it is sin(s), it is either against God or against Man.

If it is against God (Disobedience to His Eternal Laws), grief it in your soul, seek forgiveness and resolve within you that you won't do it again and don't do it again. God is Ever Merciful and Forgiving. He will forgive.

If it against Man/Woman, what you took, can it be returned? If yes, return it and seek their forgiveness. If not, (there are things is taken or stolen that can't be returned like honour etc) if you can compensate, do it and beg their forgiveness and God's forgiveness too.

Then move on with your life, God will forgive. Whatever you must done to wrong your own soul is not up to what the Children of Israel did and Gid forgives
