For me, I'm slightly reassured by the fact that both (Mercy/Ceec) are both there till the last day. At least the idea of one inheriting the fan base of the other has been nullified.

The appearance of Cross also in the finals is a blessing of sort. Although some might wave it off as inconsequential, but weakening any individual candidate benefiting from a powerful South Eastern bloc vote is critical on the final day.

Thank God Ilebaye enjoys support from diverse blocs and that will be crucial because she doesn't come from an ethnic base generally known to be vested in this show.

Take it or leave it, some vital variables and statistics would be crucial in determining the winner at the end of the day whether we agree or disagree.
