About the will, before things got this worse, he was always shouting that he wants to write his will, but my mum talked him out of it saying that does he want to die now by shouting Wil will will up and down..We knew from there that he might not want to give my brother anything, reason why he talked him out of it. And now that his condition worsened, she has packed all the documents from him, we are not sure if she has handed it over to my brother, but from all indications my brother is very very desperate...

His mates finished 2 years ago but he is still battling with u seriousness and carry over, ask him what he wants to do with his live, he doesn't have any direction watsoever, my mum still feeds him, clothes him, house him, he takes things anyhow from my mummy's shop and whenever she challenges him, he snaps back, this same issue happened when my sister was around, this time, he challenged my mum why she asked a tenant to move in without his permission (as if he is the house owner), my mum spanked him at the back and then he pushed her away, my sister caution him which led to him beating her up...


My father built two houses, and each of the houses is a storey building... I. E one storey building and another built in the same compound...
The first is for the family..... While the second he built for tenancy purposes... All the tenants have packed out due to one fight or the other with my mum and on different times, she will ask my brother to beat the tenants up... So all of them parked out, and another set starting moving in..
But there are still empty rooms in the building.

At different occasions, he will lock both my dad and mum downstairs and not let them gain entrance to their rooms upstairs, he did this for two days, my mum could not call the cops on him, it took hunger to let him open up..

So from all indication, we feel this is how he wants to settle down, when mum and dad finally dies, he could settle with his family in the building at the front, while he lives off the rent from the building at the back...

He doesn't want to work at alllllll, we have given him several options of things to do but he wants to live the big life...

My sister has said we should everything to them ( my mum and himself), that's our own lives matter than any property.....
But my father's family are involved now and they have vowed to thrash the issue.....

I never believed they will give us listening ears.

The Infinix Note 7 was released yesterday to a lot of fan fare and it finally gave room for a lot of fans to find their voice as this is currently the best phone released by Infinix currently in the market.

The phone packs decent specs. I was mildly surprised to see that for a brand that doesn't tout the type of SoC it uses, the KSP (key selling point) was the Helio G70 emblazoned across the sales adverts but it was conspicuously missing in the lite version. As for the lite version, Infinix didn't disappoint. It's coming with a Helio P22.

That being said, let's look at the key specs from GSM Arena/Kimovil:

SoC: Helio G70

Display: 6.95' IPD LCD display with 720P resolution with Gorilla Glass 3 protection

Cameras: Quad camera 48+2+2+2mp with 16mp selfie

Battery: 5000 mAh with fast charge

Prices:
4/64GB = 78k
6/128GB = 89,500k

The Note 7 lite with Helio P22 sells for 67k

The G70 was an impressive call and a huge step up by Infinix after repeated bashing by fans over the use of budget Helio P22 and P35 SoCs in their phones. The G70 has an antutu benchmark score of around 190k and is comparable in performance to the Snapdragon 665. The G70 is a very capable midranger.

The camera on the other hand seem dodgy as unlike other OEMs who use Sony IMX or Samsung GM or at least name the producer of their sensors, Infinix has been mum on that prompting me to think that they could be generic sensors. Only time will tell how good these cameras are.

The battery is absolutely decent and should be sufficient for a day's use but the 720p resolution is a real bummer for me, considering the price tag. The phone also come with a Micro-usb type B. Another big bummer.

Finally, the price. The only other phone currently using the G70, that is the Realme C3 is priced at €130 (57k). The C3 has nearly identical specs with the IN7 so why the 20k difference?

The G70 is comparable to the SD665. So the first phone that comes to mind is the Redmi Note 8 which had an initial retail price of 63k, it had a FHD+ display, Gorilla glass 5, USB type C and Samsung GM2 cameras, all superior to what IN7 offers. Yet the IN7 is 13k costlier.

Conclusion: The Infinix Note 7 is a very decent phone with underwhelming specs and shouldn't cost for that amount. Simply put, IN7 and IN7 lite (P22) are grossly overpriced.

There are better options on the market that retail for less than that price or around that same amount like the Samsung Galaxy A51, Redmi Note 9S, Nokia X7 etc that would give you more value for your money.

note 9s is 74k(must hv increased sef) for a 64gb version
A51 is over 100k

Android One is what made it possible for note 5 to have Android 10 months before other brands except Pixel and other Android One phones.

If note 7 isn't on Android One - which you refused to Google and be enlightened - it's only getting one OS upgrade even if they promise 3.

I had the note 5 and I knew the amount of noise users made on xclub when Pie was released on other Android One phones before they caved in and released a stable beta for most users months later. Some brands not on the program even released it before they did if I remember correctly...
