Good day Sir/Ma Thanks for giving us this beautiful Medium to ask questions. My questions 1. I have a sister whose petition had been filled in and approved in the USA for R1 in January ,She is awaiting the next step 2. Since, the application was filled in by the employer in the Us, Can the interview be done over there not minding that she is a frequent flyer based in Nigeria. How long will it take for the work authorization to be out Thank you |

[quote author=Myself2 post=53196966] You are real on track but I doubt the no of months. Approval with all complete requirements is more than 2 months and without either Governors consent is more than the month specified Please |

[quote author=silasbiz post=53190669] The cost depends on location and type of structure. Firstly you need to know if the property has a title You can not get an approval without a title such as a registered Deem Grant, Certificate of Occupancy or Governor's Consent With this together with your building plan,Structural drawings,EIA e.t.c 2 Likes 1 Share |

What are the likely questions she might be asked at the point of entry not minding that She is a frequent traveller and that is her third visa (B1/B2 ). |
