Jonathan and his crew of ministers may have failed Nigeria when they enjoyed the perk of political power. But that's one thing. It's completely another thing to keep hurling blame at them for every present plethora of problems in the Nigeria state and not holding the present president responsible for failing to remedy the myriad of defects he roundly promised to do when he was seeking a dive in the pool of power. Did OBJ build a world-class hospital? No. Didn't his late wife bite the dust in a foreign hospital in a fail attempt at cosmetic surgery? Yes she did. Wasn't Umaru Musa Ya'ardua flown out to a foreign hospital when he was out of sort? Yes he was. Did we blame OBJ or ya'adua as we are doing now for the problems Jonathan encountered when he was wielding political power? No. Was Jonathan held accountable for the problems he faced? Yes. As a matter of record, Jonathan was mired with snippy names and pelted with trenchant destructive criticism on all sides for his seeming inability to pilot the state's affairs. Now, Jonathan has taken a walk to remember out of the doors of power. BUHARI IS NOW OUR PRESIDENT! why are you still blaming Jonathan for our present woes and not hold Buhari accountable for failing to hike Nigeria to eldorado as he deceptively made us to believe he would before you elected him? Was Buhari not elected to better things in Nigeria? Was Buhari not elected to build a world class hospital upon the failure of Jonathan to build one? Was Buhari not elected to bring to actualisation the Nigeria of our dreams? what is he doing to achieve that? In saner climes like America, that should be what we should be talking about now after Buhari 100days in office. Enough of all this flimflam of blame game! BUHARI should start reforming Nigeria like Obama did in America when he was elected, as Deng xiapong did in corruption-ridden china, as Tony Tan yam did in singapore et al without blaming those who preceded them.
