If Dickson is destined to win because majority will vote for him he will win fair and square, but if the Ijaw people want another of their son from another party to rule them 1,000 Asari Dokubos cannot change the people's will. It is clear Asari Dokubo is very irrelevant in Ijaw Politics. Jonathan's loss to President Buhari is a clear pointer to that. |

By now it's news that Marilyn Ogar the DSS spokeswoman has been retired after been demoted. It is also news that Akinwumi Adesina has been sworn in as the president of AfDB. This is an interesting story of stewardship under the administration of GEJ. While Ogar will come to tell all sorts of cock and bull story on National Television or aided the killing of poor hausa folks living in uncompleted building she tagged terrorists or pick on APC chieftains just to please GEJ, the farmers' friend Adesina was going about his work diligently, he cares not where a farmer comes from everyone got what they deserve. Akinwumi promoted GEJ and campaign for the leader of his party in a honourable way. You do not need any serious literacy to know that Ogar is a chronic liar and a boot-licker. The tail end of Jonathan administration witnessed Adesina getting honoured by Kwankwaso, an APC Governor in Kano. Ogar's honour was the abuses and curses of those she has oppressed. Akinwumi has warmed himself into the hearts of many Nigerians. I was apprehensive myself to know with the coming of APC the amiable Akinwumi will no longer be around, I was wishing Buhari could re-appoint him as Minister for Agriculture again. Such was my concern and love for him because he has proven himself worthy of the office entrusted him. Unknown to me that President Buhari equally love and respect his performance which made him readily supported his candidacy for the AfDB President. History will forever remember Ogar and Akinwumi. One on the negative side while the other on a glorious side. A sensible adult should not be a boot-licker. |
