I need suggestions on how to recover my money from ths woman who should be in her mid fifties, she has been owing me for a year plus now, and has refused to pay me, I just dont just how to go about it, i have made several attempts but ends up calling me a rude boy and a cultist.

First, is it that she don't have money to pay or she have and choose not to pay you? though you don't specified the amount she was owing you. But if she have the money and she is not ready to pay, and you wish to recover loan from such woman; you can go with these two strategies: i. Involve her relatives like; her husband, her children, her friends and as many people that has good relationship with her even if she is the type that have Man friend and appeal to them in helping you get your money. If that fail use second strategy, ii. Did she have Shop? What are those things you can lay your hands on like her generator, fridge and so on, use force to recover such things but if you wanted to do such; Involve Police Man and make a statement at Police Station.

I am interested in seeing the revenue details from the budget to know exactly how government intends to fund the budget. My first instinct, though, is that leackages in revenue generating agencies (like NCS, NPA, NNPC, etc) have been blocked and all funds channeled into the TSA. That the government has been able to come up with that size of budget - even in the face of declining oil prices & lower oil production levels - without depreciating the official exchange rate of the Naira - is truly remarkable.

How GEJ (with benchmark oil price of over $75 throughout his term) was not able to come up with a budget of up to N5T beggars belief. One can now say without equivocation that, had PMB met an oil price of $75, we would be talking about a N10T budget. Kindly note that during GEJ term, oil price was actually higher ($105) than the budget benchmark and yet our Foreign Reserves and ECA was declining.

I was strongly against Jonathan re-election bid during the passed presidential election even though i don't have any personal problem with him. But it sounded hilarious to me when ever i read your comments supporting Jonathan from your own point of view. I was against Jonathan for some reasons: Looking at the Oil price/revenue during Jonathan regime, you will agree with me that more money was made compared to others before him. Now looking at our foreign reserve; if you check the trend from Obasanjo, Yar Adua and Jonathan, you will discover that Jonathan regime was worst than any others despite the fact that he generated better income, little research will do you some good. Imaging if Jonathan should govern our dear Nation for another four years with all these revelations.

You must be an Economist or have good knowledge of Economics. Thank you for your comment. Lot of Nigeria money has been wasted on imported goods, we need to step up by encouraging local poducts. Imagin how much we are spending importing generators due to power failure in Nigeria, i'm praying for Fashola to succeed in his new calling, i hope this current administration can get it right, Nigeria can be great; yes i believe.

I actually thought I was conversing with someone with some knowledge of the matter. Cost of goods sold and cost of sales are the same thing. Even a simple Google search will tell you that.

, cost of goods sold you mentioned; i missed it for "Earning from goods sold" that's why i said is not what i'm talking about untill i go back to read through again. But the report says Cost of Sales, which means the cost incured in the process of selling after the goods has been produced, you also spread it when you said, Cost that are directly tied to the production (Cost of production) which analysis of Showurcertificate was directed to. Now it's obvious the report say's Cost of sales; which form part of operating expenses, and not the Cost of production that was tied directly to the Production; that's my arguement.

Do not misinform people.

Cost of Sales is the cost of creating the products that a company sells; therefore, the only costs included(excluded) in the measure are those that are directly tied to the production of the products.

Any cost after production will be an indirect cost and form part of your operating expense not cost of goods sold.

read very well, i dont mean earning from goods sold when i said COST OF SALES, I agreed Cost of sales is part of operating expenses as you said, @showyourcertificatetalked vividly on Cost of Production, but after the goods has been produced, what are those factors that made up their Cost of Sales that eroded their profit ? despite the fact that, their was 3% increase in their earning if you check very well, that's my own concern. Is it the cost of transporting their goods, advertisement, commision to their sales rep/distributors an so on. So i dont mean earning from goods sold.

Yes, that's the question. The Nigerian population is on the rise and this expectedly led to the increase in the Gunness drinkers population. This should have led to an increase in profit but unfortunately it is not so. Cost of production is high due to our bad economy. What's the implication? Expect an increase in the price of Guinness and other alcoholic beverages. 76% loss, no company can tolerate such on the long run.

Hello bro, that 76% loss is not good for our Economy in general, but if you read through again, there is no where they say's such loss was due to their cost of production as you pointed out. What the report say's was due to increase in their own COST of SALES i.e after the products has been produced. The question is still that; what are the factors that responsible for such sales cost?
