I wanted to withdraw some cash from my GTB account via ATM just to realize that the network is out of service. Went to another bank to meet people ''waiting for network''. Is this problem all over the country?

Management by intimidation is part of the industrial age paradigm. Although we are in the information age, this style of management has been passed from one generation to another.
The age we are in now, which is the information age, is the knowledge worker age. The leader/manager must take in to consideration four things: The 'body', heart, mind and spirit of members of his team. The body- this entails the physical needs of the worker. They seem to overlook such things that what they are keen about is result. The heart- this deals with passion. He is passionate about this project? If not, what are his reasons? How can he be inspired? Etc. Mind- this deals with the mission/vision of the worker. Here is where discussions have to be made. Basically, no involvement, no commitment. The manager nust not only be a boss but a listener. The spirit- this deals with conscience. Charismatic workers perform better than egocentric ones. What principles does he live by? This is what made the difference between Hitler and Gandhi. Hitler- ego. Gandhi- Charisma. Both were passionate, had a vision but spiritually different.
Thats what makes Facebook the best company. They have institutionalize these principles and its giving them results. Management by intimidation wont last long because the the need for global business sustenance would drive it. The need for a outstanding results in the ever competing world would drive it. Infact its packing it load already because companies know that a happy, appreciated worker would be motivated to bring desired results. Willams James, american psychologist said, the greatest human desire is to be appreciated.

Hey every thank God for me o! I got my visa yesterday against 14th of October deadline and the visa was already issued on the 6th .if anyone is waiting for alert pls don't wait coz they never alerted or upgraded the status online i went to the bdhc in V.I and i was told to go pick up my visa @ the vfs centre.

@honey86 i applied on the 21st and a guy we applied the same day received his alert today so hopefully 2moro or monday by the grace of God we shall all receive our visas

I applied on the 19th of july and my passport was ready after 21 working days on d 17th of august i was refused though on the grounds of maintenance reapplied on d 21st of september and its 8days now am still waiting coz i believe its nt the rushing time i applied so it shd b out by the grace of God b4 d 14th of october deadline

If humans evolved from chimpanzees, why are chimpanzees still around?

The Big slam Theory proposes that everything in the Universe started from something called singularity which is smaller than an atom. How can you stuff everything in the universe in that? It's hard enough to stuff four suitcases in the trunk of your car!

If women were not created from Adam's rib, why is it that men have one fewer rib than women?

How do scientists know stars are "millions of light years away"? Have they been there and back? Do they have a tape measure that stretchs that long?

Scientists say all our genetic information is coded on DNA. But DNA is an acid! How can you write information in acid? You can write information on a hard drive, but not a liquid!

People have been wearing clothes for thousands of years. Why haven't our bodies evolved natural clothes that come out of our skin then?

If there really are millions and millions of species, then how could have Adam named them all? Obviously, there's not that many species then! (Gen 2:18-22)

If our brains are just a mishmash of biochemistry, how come chemicals like gasoline or bug spray can't think?

There is heaven and hell. There is God! Jesus is the son of God. I was once a non-beleiver but I must confess that since I gave my life to Christ, I have been experiencing peace that passes all understanding. Do the same and u wont remain the same.

'what it takes' is not the right word to use when you want to be granted a licence. It doesnt take anything Okey.
'systms' is spelt 'systems' and you should remove the 's' because its just a system.
