Lagos does not belong to "Yorubas" it belongs to lagosians.

Stop mixing things up, Lagos of today was built by everyone, both the Igbos, Hausas and Yorubas. And they must have equal rights, infact lagos has been home to a lot of people for decades, it was once the country's capital and was built with federal Government money made from the East, West, North and south, so calling yourself a "host" simply because you speak Yoruba is nonsense...only the true indigenes whose ancestral home is lagos have the right to do so.

If the Igbos are visitors and then you're also a visitor who speaks the same language, the sooner u see Lagos as home to all the smarter u'd sound.

Tomorrow can 1 Hausa man come and chase all the Igbos and Yorubas from Abuja? After using the sweat of all the regions to build it.
so ur saying because lagos belongs to igbos too? and that one day igbos will claim abuja too? i pity ur reasoning. Lagos is for the yorubas. #Kapish

nobody is dragging lagos with lagosians, every tribe get their land and where they come from we ve always been living together with no issues until this whole election matter. how u u go feel if yorubas in the east are threaten that they will die in the river Niger.
funny enough the two people to vote re both lagosians, both sons of the land so why would oba even choose sides and as much as to make threats?

the igbos are suddenly feeling important by virtue of their numerical advantage in lagos, hence are willing to be used as pawns by the PDP to make lagos an opposition state. this isnt the wishes of true lagosians, the igbos know it, why not try and help the yorubas achieve that? since they have been a good host since igbos came to lagos.

Come to think of it, if the Igbos think Lagos is for all and not Yoruba land, then, one can also deduce that all tribes in Nigeria have equal rights in (and on) Lagos. Why are 'these people' speaking with loud mouths. There are Hausas in their millions in Agege, Mushin, Ketu, etc, etc, but they have most expectedly respected their host - the Yorubas, and kept the peace.

Raph Uwechue's book titled REFLECTION ON NIGERIAN CIVIL WAR is still fresh in my memory.

Every grand conspiracy begins with 'beer parlour' talks.

And for ur mind now u don make sense. Ambode is Yoruba, so is Agbaje. Are u saying there are no Yoruba that support Agbaje? Are they also disrespecting the king? You know the right thing, but because u support a particular party u are shying away from the truth. If the king was PDP and he made that statement that Igbos should vote PDP or die in the lagoon, I am sure u will be here condemning the king. I'm not even a supporter of either candidates, but what is bad is bad. Everybody has a right to vote for a candidate of their choice or it is no longer democracy.
what did u deduced from my post? did i support any party? understand my point first. am not siding with the oba, but why is it that its in 2015 that the igbos know they have a right to lagos? where were they since 1999? I blame PDP for using ethnic and religious differences for campaign. it is totally wrong. the igbos should resist been used to spite some yoruba elements in lagos. the igbos have more to loose if things go bad

Yet, the wealth from the oil in the Niger Delta feeds and pays salaries of people in Ogun, Ekiti, Oyo, Osun etc etc.... I understand your point and that's the truth, Lagos belongs to the Yorubas, but the oil of the Niger Delta belongs to the Niger Delta too,..so why is it that the entire Nigeria is using the wealth from oilhuh...

My view is that every citizen should be free to own and control any land they find themselves in Nigeria...No one owns no land, Nigeria belongs to us all....if we can push for this, then we kill tribalism and build a true nation.
Ur first paragraph is out of point. Its not in tandem with the issue at hand.

Ur second paragraph makes more sense. Its the Nigeria we all dream of. But until den, respect ur hosts.

I think the Igbos should respect their host, and try and do what will bring peace and peaceful co-existence. No one will go to Aba or Onitsha and try to claim relevance or drag rights with the true indigenes of those areas. Lagos belongs to the Yoruba's, like it or not.

Iamsynord:
Open marriage typically refers to a marriage
in which the partners agree that each may
engage in extramarital sexual relationships ,
without this being regarded as infidelity..

This type of Marriage ,The husband can engage in sexual activities with other women and the wife can engage in sexual activities with other men..However,most Open marriages forbid emotional attachment,
illegitimate children, extramarital sex in the marital bed, extramarital sex with those known to both partners, and requiring use of barrier contraception
??

Can Open Marriage be successful in a typical Nigerian setting ?? A friend of mine insists her fiancee Is bent on him and her practising an open marriage ...Advice pls
Cc lalasticlala
What is this world turning into? Our parents and our grand parents lived happily in their matrimonial home without trying to copy the white mans way of life. Open marriage is Alien to our society, its Devillish...... No one should even give it a second thought. Its not always about sex.

Truly........ This is sign of end time.

Husband catches pregnant wife having sex with another man.

A woman simply identified as Mercy was on Monday morning caught sleeping with another man in Otukpo, Benue State.

Her husband identified as Okpani caught the wife and her lover red-handed after he set them up, having suspected the wife was constantly cheating on him.

DailyPost gathered that Okpani, a Local Government staff told his pregnant wife that he will be going for a NULGE meeting which is supposed to take place in Makurdi, the state capital this morning. However, Okpani went to the neighbour’s house to stay and spy on his wife’s movement.

After a while, a middle aged man who was identified as Omale walked stealthily into his matrimonial room. Okpani gave them a little time before coming out of his hideout into the room, and alas, his wife was having sexual intercourse with Omale.

Anyone that does not vote Ambode will be thrown into lagoon – Oba of Lagos warns Igbos
As at press time, people are gathered at Okpani’s compound, waiting for the Police to arrive.

So last week a friend of mine told me how a cute looking guy stepped up to her with a cocky smile and confidently told her, "Bae, I just received a call from an angel who told me that if I don't ask u out, I'll just die..."

With an emotionless face, she had replied, "Call him back and tell him to reserve a room for u in heaven".

Now that line was just plain ridiculous and funny too grin. I am sure you all must have heard sillier and crazier pick up lines. Do share let's have fun!

Me: Hi bae
Girl: hello
Me: *face lookin sad and worried* told her ''there is something wrong with my phone''
Girl: whats wrong with it?
Me: ur phone number is not in it *with a cute smile on my face*
Girl: she laughs and collected my phone and typed her number in it.

Hi Nairalanders. I am a confirm elite of this great forum. I go by the name Sammy.

Last year I packed into a Self-Contained apartment near my school. Opposite me is a wonderful family with two daughters and two sons, with a strict and disciplinarian. father.

I was seating right in my veranda reading because I suppose that's my purpose of being there, when, a young girl of 17years old and in SS3 approached me with an exercise book supposing to be a Maths assignment. I didn't hide the fact that I know nothing about maths. I boldly refused doing the assignment, so she left.

Two days after, she resurfaced with English assignment, and I quickly did justice to it. after the assignment. I didn't know when I said "you're beautiful and I Love you."

She quickly reciprocate in strong affirmation I LOVE YOU TOO. So last week, she came to my house 6days after her menstruation and I had an unprotected sex with her.

Ever since then, my conscience has been disturbing me that the sex may result to pregnancy. Her Dad is a brutal and uncompromising man.

Please what should I do in case anything go wrong? Because I am already giving up on her due to her Dad. she told me today that she feel guilty ever since the day I deflowered her.

Help me out please. I think my Dad will not support me either because he's more brutal than her Dad. God, help me.
