By the way, organizations uses Application PIN on applications especially when the process is contacted to a third party for some reasons...that's the only way they can track what the third party is doing for transparency and accountability...

Thought of this initially, but there is already my WAEC candidate number in their possession...which they can always verify date of birth on it....besides, don't u think this recruitment is just too competitive to gamble around with stories of affidavit...imagine just 3 per state...just thinking aloud though!

Sincerely, I need some help here, please...
I am being so explicit... while I was filling the forms during the application stage, I got stocked with the age limitation. Am 32, but I shifted it...to the required limit. Now, am shortlisted...does it worth a trial....or I will still get stuck in subsequent stages..Who has an idea about their level of strictness concerning the age thingy?

Again, I opted for ICT....I don't know the total number shortlisted for my state but I counted the number shortlisted for ICT department and it is about 60. Now, what is their average intake per state? just trying to spare myself some redundancies though...

I did my physical verification in Uyo barely two weeks after the test according to their SMS notification 2 weeks after the test...

My brother I advice you to concentrate on your present job and forget DPR like you never heard of it, if you make it at last then thank God, and if you didnt make it move on. Thank God you even got a job you are doing, remember there are many guys out there with a very good CV roaming the streets, don't stress yourself for what is so uncertain, I got every assurance that I made the final list and my APL is typed, but I'm concentrating on my present job with full contentment, if Dpr call I will be happy but if something happen along the way there will be nothing to worry about, Always look at what God has put in your hands and thank him for all the blessings, with that he will shower you with even more blessings.

Thanks for your sincere advice Bro.....Just need information that can enable me disengage my brains from DPR and move on or stick to it ....but not before things get spoiled.....

Please save a Brother from losing his present job; today my Boss met me on a limbo in office for the thought of this DPR job and my plans around it by God’s grace; is always mind draining……He complained bitterly that he noticed that since Tuesday this week…..but kept silent….

Please I just want to know the number of candidates both for GT and EH picked for Akwa Ibom and particularly Petroleum Engineering …..

My stake bro. At this point, it is better to die on our feet rather than kneeling! Although nobody's life depends on DPR but at least let the public hear this. Its gross abuse...let them atleast know that they were dealing with human beings not rats.

Pls Mavel, with all due respect I believe we have a concrete reason to embark on any protest. This is simply because most of these guys that got their Apl did not receive any text from DPR but from their sponsors.
So that alone should be our anchor for the protest. Things should not be done that way. Everybody deserves equal right. We all know that not everybody will be contacted but at least their should be some some level of equity and fairness in this country.

Reasonable talk! By now we don't need an oracle to tell us that the process is hijacked and if at this point silence is still maintained then dead in silence is eminent...too much silence they say na mumu.
Again, doing the protest in a wrong way may only provoke cancellation or something worst. Let's engage in an educated protest via the right channels that would ignite fear on their part for a productive outcome.

With zero intention to attack pls, a federal parastatal of such calibre being so rude and inconsiderate in dealing with the masses' feeling, dampening all consequences on a massive recruitment that have lingered 4 almost 2 yrs now...what possible natural conclusion could have been otherwise anticipated.
No biased 4 those with 'long legs' pls but their manner of dealings in this matter.

There's still hope...
As far as I know, no merit candidate has been contacted yet...the answerer almost disclosed that but later withdrew... I then asked him btwn now and when can he say those not contacted shud move on? He replied 'this week and next week latest'. He added, 'don't worry; if ur name is on the list, u will surely be contacted soon'.
What can be deduced so far?

If u ever tendered ur Masters qualification as a GT, keep praying harder cos that is only a bonus 4 EHs and not GTs. Remember they have the same salary scale 4 all GTs with Bachelor's Degree and don't want you to start aggitating 4 promotion (Boss) barely after 2 yrs of ur resumption; when there may actually be no room just above; which is why they never allowed GTs upload anything beyond first degree even during the profile update call. But during the interview, they 'll persuade u to think of it as a plus, so u can say the truth.

Posting letter comes along with APL.
You'll resume directly to the location you are posted to, be inducted by the zonal/field office and get OTJ training for a couple of months before proceeding for training in batches at a designated training center.
