cochexky: my Brother u reason well but also reason on Buhari speech. A leader is not suppose to come out and speak evil to his own subject. I think that's why some people are scared to follow him but all the same let's pray for Nigeria ok. What we all need is wisdom. Some people just don't like being confronted with the truth. No time to start toasting and begging people, money is the next thing they'll expect. |

Bassee: As usual... Play the "you're destroying your land card". The truth is the land is already destroyed so you all should stop using that line. Nigeria's problem is structural and till we all come to agree on the issues that affect us, we'll keep running round in circles. Again, I know Buhari can't deliver on the current useless change agenda, there's no arguing that and if the NDA can make him get his thinking hats on, it's all good for the country. Pls don't stop ooo!!!! Destroy the whole Niger Delta, kill all the remaining fish shell oil spills couldn't, bomb and blow up everything. Support the militants, oil B unkerers and pirates. Investors are already bringing their Billions to the south west. I don't want a peaceful Niger Delta to attract them. I want them to focus solely on us. We've discovered our own oil in manageable quantity and Dangotes refinery will come in handy ( one of the investors ). We'll harness it to suit our needs and power our industries while you guys bunker yours and blow up your oil installations. In 10yrs at this rate, We'll be so far ahead of you guys, you'll need residence permits to stay in our region. Bombings, the best way to build your regions, attract development and investors. |

CFCman: Mehn!! I can't wait to see what Lagos would be like in 10-12 yrs time. It, alongside Abuja would become the financial/trade centers of Africa.
Moreover, a gentleman's agreement between Lagos and the other 5 SW states could be signed which would stipulate that the Lekki and MMA airports would be the only international passenger airports in the zone. This could maximize the economic viability of both airports. Abuja has nothing. It has no soul, Politics is all that thrives there and with less corruption, it's allure fades more. |

aimuan: say the truth for once.is it fare for northerners to own 90percent of the oil block on Niger delta?while the region remain undeveloped? What are the Niger Delta Governors and leaders doing with their allocations? The recieve the highest amounts in the country but still little or no development there. This proves that no matter how much they recieve, they'll only use it to finance militancy and create instability in the region. |

aimuan: say the truth for once.is it fare for northerners to own 90percent of the oil block on Niger delta?while the region remain undeveloped? So the "intelligent" solution is to blow up oil installations, thereby polluting the region's air, land and water, driving investors and resulting in reduced allocations for the region? Continue, we don't want your refugees in the Southwest eventually. |

sammhi: dumb! if the oil was in the North, would they allow you to come and take it and. share to odas? no..so South has been magnanimous.. really in the U.S. Will Texas share it's oil revenue with other non producing state in the U.S..? no! each state manage it's resources and pay certain percentage to the U.S.FG that is what should happen..period How do you know what the north will do if the oil was located in their region? You just pull delusions of thin air and accept it as your reality. |

great664: [s][/s] Una nor dey tire or ashamed of this blame game? Did GEJ met the country in good shape? Did he complained ? They voted you to perform/work not complained about the past..
This thing is tired some..... GEJ Agricultural reform was seen and felt by everyone ,Nigeria was able to boast of Pyamids of food like in the 60's.
Even Dangote built a Tomatoes processing plant because he saw the wastage last 2years courtesy of GEJ, where are they today? Nigeria na import tomatoes that was wasting past year....is GEJ to blame too? The farmers who are beneficiaries ?95% Northerners) are already feeling it, here you are blaming GEJ... Check how he fight the cabals and corruption on agricultural sector that boost the farmers without arresting, jailing or defamating anyone....
Just a clue: The norm has been giving fund to minister of agriculture who in turn buy seeds and fertilizer for farmers (In Nigeria hope you know the norm)
How he fight the corruption: The farmers registered with their finger print and you can't register twice, funds was disbursed directly to their personal account to buy seeds and fertilizer themselves, no more dash as usual or nepotism in sharing seeds as usual or using 10% of the funds and share the rest among chieftains....
That's 21st century ways of fighting corruption.. Not arresting, jailing and wasting tax payers money on court cases.... Wise up Man Sorry, didn't read what you wrote up there. |

The alleged stolen money was during the election period, before then what used to be your comments toward Boko Haram and Jonathan? I make bold and without reservation that, Boko Haram was introduced to make Jonathan look incompetent. I for one don't like to eulogise the new insurgent hovering the Niger Delta but when I remember how u guys tainted Jonathan with BH it calls for one's support. Do your worst, I tut you guys said there is new Sheriff in Town. Abeg gba gbe ja re Boko haram was funded to make him look incompetent and they proved it that he truly was....... It also exposed him as a thief, whose criminal ways and associates almost wrecked the nation(Just look at how he permitted Dasuki to divert the funds meant to tackle insurgents ). He now saw elections coming and started doing face value. We're still trying to get ourselves out of the position he put us. |

When GEJ and his croonies were looting the Nation dry in full presence of everyone, these Mumus didn't know we would be worse off soon. When oil prices were free falling without the previous administration saving, some people's brains couldn't tell them we would be worse off soon. When corruption was the foundation of the Nigerian economy, some people's brains didn't figure out we would be worse off soon. Omokunlex: South South Nigeria, an oil producing geopolitical zone have been in the news lately for Militancy who claim that they are fighting the Nigeria government over many issue. South South have enemies But who are the real enemies of the Niger Delta? A true son of Niger Delta, Isaac Boro was against a particular set of people who claim to be brotherz to ND but they are the real enemies of South South. They are trying to colonize south south oil to themselves and enslave the SSners. South South people, wake up, the ibos have never loved you people, they are just trying to blackmail you people with their GEJ votes in 2015. They are happy that you people are blowing up and destroying your environments with your militancy act. One Nigeria is the best option for South South! Seperate yourselves from any association with the Ibos and learn to watch your backs. A word is enough for the wise. Guy I'm Yoruba but this your story no join. The real ND enemies are within, their leaders and some greedy set of people fighting for their own stomachs with guns and bombs. I can bet that no matter how they're compensated, the average ND indegene will never feel it....... I just pity their supporters here that might be broke for life despite bursting their blood vessels online. |

odikimi: Hello parvenu, I never supported militancy and will not. I v written some articles on the need to stop this nonsense because Buhari is looking for way to annihilate the entire south south and east because of the belief northerners have that Boko Haram was caused by Jonathan to reduce their population. I am only kicking against Zombies threat of buhari ds and dat. What ignited this whole issue is your useless hyping of the dulapo as a new sheriff. Jonathan didn't start Boko Haram but his actions encouraged it (Sharing the allocations meant for defence amongst his croonies through Dasuki ). How did you conclude that Buhari is looking for ways to destroy the Southeast and south south? Most of you guys are just paranoid which results irrational thinking and actions. The enemies of your region are your leaders that collect bogus sums of allocations and have little or nothing to show for it. You guys never scrutinize them but scream "Buhari" because it's easier. There's no amount of money pumped into the south south that will satisfy its average indegene until you start selecting leaders based on merit and not how well they opposed APC. |

We in Bayelsa we can't even remember any who died because it was all media hype. Pls pack well. Not more up to 20persons died in Odi in reality but in Yoruba and western controlled media, thousands of people died. *spitting# mind your business and I reiterate my standard that odi case was media hyping Then why were you guys shouting and crying all over then if it was "just" 20 people that died. Keep supporting Gun carrying militants, the Nigerian military will soon come visit you to kill 20 more..... you think this is GEJ's administration that's begging them with money? We in the Southwest are supporting industries, economic integration, peaceful co existence for a better society........... while dafts like you are supporting blowing up your industry to protest... very "smart" of you. Imagine Lagosians blowing up corporate buildings to protest the lopsided remittance of taxes to the FG and it's indegenes are happy about it. No that's daft but it's what people like you are doing. |

odikimi: I just tire for these set of people, just live him to his sheer ignorance. As far as I am concern, Obj is d weakest among our former presidents when it comes to fighting insurgent. He believes in gragra just like Buhari and end up escalating Militancy to the level that it became uncontrollable. Let Buhari use force and see how they help crumble his already crumbling government. GEJ Is the weakest. OBJ, left alone would have loved nothing more than to level Niger Delta communities one by one till militancy ended..... just like he did to Odi. But people screamed to Amnesty International and other global bodies concerning his high handed approach before he calmed down. Don't mess with those ex millitary leaders, a lot of them have seen real battle when militants where still sh*tting in their nappies. |
