The government must follow the constitution and laws of the land at all times and not when they choose to. No one should be above it including the President! (b) Nigerians should know, they have no good right to criticise a government on performance when the budget has not been passed. Note that Nigeria budget was passed less than a week, look back at the disparaging comments from people that supposed to know their rights even when they don't know the importance of passage of budget

Senate President Bukola Saraki is currently facing trial at the Code of Conduct Tribunal. While a lot of Nigerians do not expect the Senate President to win, there's a slight chance that he may win.



Saraki's victory at the tribunal is bound to disrupt a lot of things in the Nigerian Political sphere. Some things that may happen if Saraki wins are:

1. The National Assembly will be stronger, more powerful and beyond the grasp of the president.
2. President Muhammadu Buhari's anti-corruption war will be questioned.
3. Saraki will try to be President in 2019
4. President Buhari will have to constantly watch his back as any slight misstep could lead to impeachment.
