The Yorubas claim to be the most educated in Nigeria, but if you carefully observe the general situation in the southwest including Lagos,their education doesn't reflect in their cities or standard of living,the southwest is not better than any other region in Nigeria,only LAGOS as a slight edge because it was the capital for a long time especially during the oil boom,also Lagos as input of all other tribes not just the Yoruba,same as Abuja.

Theres a lot of poverty in the southwest like any other region in Nigeria.
In fact the southwest might be worse off than others except the slave Hausa's.

Thuggery and crime,fraud and Yahoo is the hallmark of vices in the southwest.

There's little industry except for foreigners owned ones.

Roads are majorly constructed by expatriate companies
High end buildings also are done by foreign companies
Most high capacity works are done by foreigners

Only probably tech(software's) do the Yorubas have a strong industrial access.

The education doesn't reflect a bit in their cities,their cities are disorganised, unplanned,dirty,rundown filled with old buildings,roads are generally bad or untarred.

High cultism and ritualism is endemic in Yoruba land.

What then is the essence of all their education other than white slavery.

The educated Yorubas have all moved abroad to Western countries especially to serve the white men,while the leave their land bare.

You can see a lot of Yoruba diaspora making waves abroad but back home no single impact.

Many of those making waves abroad don't want to have anything to do with their homeland.

They make no impact whatsoever.

Their education seems to be to eventually serve the white men not to better their own people or land

With all their education the Chinese and Indians are holding sway in yorubaland

What then is the essence of Yoruba education other than white slavery?

I have never seen a country were the elites are so protected and worshipped like Nigeria.

Does it have to do with the slave mentality of most Nigerian tribes?
There's this obscene culture of elite worship and total obedience to any powerful and rich person in Nigeria.

The men especially are very guilty of this.
This makes the political elites never accountable to the masses because they know that total loyalty will always be afforded them.

A mass uprising is needed against the elites.
Even during endsars which was a God given opportunity to break the slavery chain on the masses and attack the political elites.The people failed to do that instead they started destroying infrastructure and attacking fellow poor people in the neighbourhood.

Why are Nigerian men so extremely submissive to power.

The truth about Nigeria is that it is made up of ethnic natural slave people.

There are numerous cases of these things happening in African soil.
