coogar: that's the point - i deliberately didn't attach my gender to my username, duh!
that was in the past, they both moved on after then.....
until the ex came back to sëxually-harass her in her own home! that was when the old feelings were exhumed and annie1 started feeling "maybe there could be a chance to get back with him....."
S-e-x-ua-l harass? Na talk be that?

Cause and effects. The past and present shape the future.

coogar: the husband's!
The husband's? No wonder they keep mistaking you for a female. grin grin

It's the husband's fault that she cheated? It's the husband's fault that she thought it was no big deal to cheat? It's the husband's fault that she refused to apologize to him? It's the husband's fault that she dumped him? Back up . . . it's the husband's fault that she stoned him with an object at a point in time and he got injured? VIOLENCE! It's the husband's fault that he got chased out of the relationship? It's the husband's fault that he met another woman and married her?

If Annie wasn't/isn't cray-cray, this "couple" would be as straight as a 30cm ruler!

coogar: i thought cheats rub you the wrong way....
Adjust your spectacles. Cheats rub me the wrong way, hence they deserve each other.

coogar: they should get back together in my opinion too....
• they have a kid together
• there's mutual love between the two
• the child needs a father figure. no other man would treat the kid as good as his own dad
there's a risk adultery might creep into the man's marriage as he gets to see his ex constantly!
The most important point!
FamilyRe: My Ex Wants Me Back ! by BABE3: 2:35pm On Nov 24, 2012
coogar: isn't that enough reason for these lovebirds to get back together? they would forever be in contact with each other because of their son. how soon before these sparks would start flying all over again.....better to make it official than leave the back door open for adultery to creep in. as long as annie1 remains single, her heart would forever be with her ex......
Of course they deserve each other. I remember typing that.
As much as I hate to say this, you are match-made in heaven.
They should get back together. If it works out or doesn't, I, as a spectator would be "satisfied", regardless.

If it works out, this mess of a story will be saved.

If it doesn't, karma is a snicky b1tch.

Annie1: I actually left him , I've not told u all the full story .. I cheated on him (covers face) , not physically but emotionally , I was chatting with this dude at work ( it wasn't explicit stuffs but more romantic ( if u didn't have a boyfriend , I would love u to be mine n i fed into it )
Me Ex read all the text message n e confronted me , and did I apologise ? No ! I said well I didn't physically cheat , so what the biggie
F-u-c-k me! What is wrong with you people? You cheated on him, had a baby with him, forced him into another woman's arms, and y'all are back seducing each other. This love story is getting too damn complicated!

Cheats rub me the wrong way, so I'm automatically on the wife's side. Both of you are cheats, you cheated on him, he's cheating on his wife. As much as I hate to say this, you are match-made in heaven.

Baby-parentness also rub me the wrong way. The wife is in "trouble", because even if you cheats decide to go your separate ways, he will still have to see his son who is with you, and by that he gets to see you from time to time which is a classic recipe for disaster.

I just hope to God that if you get back together with him, he doesn't cheat and you don't cheat, coz if any of you cheats, that'll just be a f-u-c-king pathetic story.
Please UPDATES, UPDATES, UPDATES! I loathe half stories.

FamilyRe: Things Women Do To Save There Marriage. by BABE3: 12:06am On Nov 22, 2012
coogar: kim kardash: going the divorce route for her is like exchanging handshakes...
I'm not acting like Kim if I get a divorce in that situation. Kim got her first divorce because she was naive; she got married in her teens. . .teens do silly things. She got her second one because she wasn't meant to marry Kris in the first place; don't know why she did; perhaps she wanted to feel among; or it was the celebrity syndrome.

Speaking hypothetically, I married my husband for real and we meet circumstances beyond our control (us not being able to see or talk again). What next? Stick around to f-u-c-k another man several times, have a baby/babies and falsely present it to my husband as his? Haba? How heartless?

coogar: men are very sensible.....
You're sensible? Cool story.
FamilyRe: Things Women Do To Save There Marriage. by BABE3: 11:32pm On Nov 21, 2012
coogar: hahahaha -- how easy to say that out?
it's not like the husband offended her, he didn't cheat! he was serving life cos of vehicular manslaughter......they were in a perfect marriage before the freak incident. he's in prison for the rest of his in the lowest ebb possible and your action would be: divorce? you are not aware that might send the poor old man to his early grave? abeg - be realistic and stop behaving like kim kardashian!
Kim dash? I don't get the correlation . . .

You, should be realistic! They can't see ever again!!! Can't do sh-1-t together ever again! Wrap your head around that and you'll understand why a divorce is the way to go. I'm sorry, but that union wasn't meant to be.

coogar: which question?
see eh......if a situation develops like that movie and my wife sleeps with the houseboy to get a child - i would not be angry with her. i pondered over that story a thousand times and i could not blame that woman for a second - shyte happens, get on with it.

remember, the husband wasn't even too pissed about it when he later discovered. he was only pissed the woman kept the information away from him and it was too late for him to have his own child after the woman ran after the ghana houseboy!
OK! Happy for you!
FamilyRe: Things Women Do To Save There Marriage. by BABE3: 10:54pm On Nov 21, 2012
coogar: that nosey old man was her uncle? are you sure?
Very sure.

coogar: kept at what she's doing? after the prison officer became greedy and was asking to sleep with her each visit? wasn't that even the reason she took the houseboy route? access to her husband was denied....she was never going to be intimate with her husband ever again as the dude was serving life.....so what could she have done?
I remembered the prison officer's bit after I was done typing the last post. What could she have done? You can't see your husband for the rest of your life again . . .probably won't hear his voice again either . . I would say file an uncontested divorce (like the ones green-card-hustlers file ) and waka your own way. Sad? Oh well. Life can be cruel. The husband would definitely understand! In fact, him not understanding would be selfish.

coogar: big rewards come with big risks.....
if i plan a coup and succeed, i would rule over 160 million people. however, if i plan a coup and i fail at it - i would be put to death for treason. thou shall not be caught is the golden rule. people should do what they must do to feel safe in their marriages - no one here should judge anyone with their puritanical/hypocritical views. you want to tell me there wouldn't be at least one philandering married woman on this very forum?
There're philandering married women all over, even on this thread. I'm not disputing that (like I said earlier). You didn't answer my questions . . .
FamilyRe: Things Women Do To Save There Marriage. by BABE3: 10:29pm On Nov 21, 2012
coogar: they were disturbing her......one old uncle used to sniff around to see what's going on.....besides, how long can a wife with no child stay by herself in her husband's house if the husband has been sent to life imprisonment? she can never bring another man to her hubby's house to marry(no matter what) and she was too young to rule out remarrying - so either way, the only way to stay in that same house is to get pregnant by all means necessary........she visited the husband in prison to effect the pregnancy but if wasn't to be .....in the end, the houseboy had to do it!
Her husband's people didn't. The old lad you're talking about was actually her uncle from the village. He was even disgusted when he realized what they've done.
In her own case, she'd have been just fine. Her husband was literate and loving. She was very fine until her friend and mother came along. If she had kept at what she was doing, who knows, she may have become pregnant. . . What if she ended up sleeping with the houseboy several times and no baby .. ?

Anyways, that movie as an example is even too extreme.

coogar: now, does it not bother you it was her mother and her best friend that told her to sleep with the houseboy? what does that say about the mentality of the nigerian woman in general? forget story - half of the married women you see in nigeria have attempted infidelity or done it before to save their faces if not their marriages! a woman can have everything in life(cars, houses, stacks of money and a good husband) but she would still feel incomplete without a child! this is africa.......not louisiana!
I can't dispute that. . . you stated the obvious.

So you're very much comfortable and in support of a woman giving husband another man's baby . . . ?. If you realize you've raised another man's baby ranging from a day (assuming you had a paternity test the day he was born) to 35/45 yrs, that wouldn't bother you?

Or you're for the woman giving her husband another man's baby, so far he doesn't find out?
FamilyRe: Things Women Do To Save There Marriage. by BABE3: 9:58pm On Nov 21, 2012
coogar: there's a movie on youtube called "madam dearest" - watch it and tell me what you would have done differently in the woman's shoes.......

There was no "saving" marriage matter in madam dearest though. None of the husband's family members disturbed the wife. Her husband didn't make a fuss about it either. It was HER OWN mother and HER friend that pressured HER into getting HER own baby from someone else since her husband was as good as dead (in prison). Remember that they weren't even expecting the man to get released.

So how did she save her marriage? She saved herself! No mother in-law or husband pressured homegirl.

If she hadn't listened to her mother and friend, would they give her husband another babe to marry? No.

The kardashians aren't silly enough to send pieces from their collection to Kate. They know she's on the reserved and simplistic part of the fashion world due to her "status". This is a story made up to ridicule the sisters/their collection. Like someone said earlier, they are easy targets.

It sucks to be a regular guy and be super skinny, doesn't it? Thank God wiz khalifa get money. I hope you're at least fine.

Girls get away with being skinny better. . . they get comments like, "you're so little and cute" "Your husband can easily carry you o" "You remind me of Agbani, Victoria Beckham, and Coco rocha. You should be a model" "You're skinny now, don't worry in the next 5 yrs when you start having babies, you'll have a body like beyonce"

... so I understand your plight. There's nothing abnormal is wanting to fix what is "wrong".

Send people on errands at every opportunity you get. Let fried food and oily food be your best buddies. Watch your daily calorie intake; make sure it's more than the average intake for a guy.

If nothing works then you need to own your weight! Own your skinny. You're better off than someone struggling with obesity. Own it, fam . . .fvck erbody.

PointB: Umu Igbo,

We we started the journey of Eze Ndi Igbo, it began like a joke. However, with OnlyTruth premier ship and with a successful election we have been able to fine tune to some extent the office of Eze Ndi Igbo Nairaland.

It is in similar fashion that we agreed to test run Eze Nwayi position during the last election. The overriding thought behind the Eze Nwayi was that - we will be able to fine tune and make it work. Many of our women shied away from post as they did not want to sail uncharted waters. However, two brave Igbo women did not decline their nomination, nor was there any out cry against them during the nomination process. It was however in the middle of the election that issues were raised of a candidate, when it was too late for the electoral commissioner to act on the issues raised. A pledge was made to work with the new Eze to establish ground rules for Eze Ndi Igbo election, and Code of Conduct after their inauguration.

However, current event and emerging scenarios has prompted us to move this process forward. Let's assume we actually want to remove and elected official, Eze or Eze Nwayi, on what basis should we do that? And is that basis enough and generally accepted by all? What are are expected of these officials? How did they even get to be nominated let alone elected? These are the questions we seek answers to, and these answers will be there to guide our future activities as an online group.

The cabinet believes it is important to get various Igbo leaders of thought to air their opinion to help us moved forward together. I would urge that we take every bit of it as important as we could, as we need to forge a common front.

Let's go there - https://www.nairaland.com/1097552/eze-ndi-igbo-nairaland-electoral

Enoquin: I think Ogugua herself should reject the post, this is because it has crossed from mere disagreements to personal matters. Her rejection will not make her less intelligent or achieving and I don't see it as cowardice.

The fact that most people did not know the contestants well shouldn't be the fault of the contestants but of the people who had the opportunity but didn't make use of it...I mean all the information brought up against her now has always been in the public and could be accessed, so why was it not?

It is quite disheartening that despite efforts being made by some igbo people, they have been shouted down...pray, how does all this unite the igbos? It is good to have dissenters but there are lines that shouldn't be crossed...
Touche!
. . . because they're id1ots? semi-literates? Igbo people nominated her, Igbos said she's eligible to contest, she hasn't resumed office, and Igbos want her "impeached". . . It's highly embarassing. . . sheer display of f00lishness.

may amadioha deliver the worst strain of chicken pox on the offspring of whoever made this thread or the people conspiring against ogugua. ogugua is my ezenwanyi and no jupiter can touch her. if you billygoats don't have anything to do than gossip about a woman young enough to be your daughter, then buy a long rope - find a strong beam to tie it to and do the obvious......

desist from this plan before i bring my 4 apocalyptic horsemen on this thread.....
Yikes! lipsrsealed The drama is getting more intriguing by the minute. From what I can read, the Ezenwayi didn't volunteer to "lead" these confused lot. She was on her own with her policies when they said "oya fine gal, come lead us". I'm suspecting these people voted for her because of her yellow fine face and the fact that she's from Amelika. Yikes! grin Their political and traditional minds were fast asleep when they were chanting "Na ogugua I vote for". Now policies are clashing and they're crying foul.

I do agree that the/these people should be allowed to choose who to lead them, and also, a leader is usually a reflection of his/her people/society. GEJ is the president of Nigeria (which makes a lot of sense). Clearly, ogugua isn't a reflection of these ones. . .she's far more intelligent. So, if they want to impeach, that's really their cup of coffee. Don't you think? The babe in question has nothing to lose, rather a lot to gain from the impeachment.

Useless set of people, I must affirm.

The difference between Boko Haram and the rest of Nigeria is that they are not keyboard warriors, sitting behind laptops and computers, ranting out of anger and frustration. They plan. They do not like something, so they strategize and execute. They set goals for themselves and achieve these goals time after time. As sad as it may be, the reality is that terrorist groups like Boko Haram are successful. Why? Because they act.

We can emulate Boko Haram in a positive way.

How does that make you feel, SlimShady? cheesy

Tgirl4real: I really don't know the title to give this...
How do u FEEL when someone (an opp sex) goes out of his way to serve u, run errands for u, try to please u and be there for you even when it is obvious you can't date the person?
It is clear this person likes you and if things were different he/she would have loved to date u.
I do know how to handle such situations, but it sometimes saddens me esp. when the person is someone 'lower' than you. I usually try my best to reject/reciprocate such gestures in the most polite and humble way possible.
But to be sincere, it can be awkward.

So, how do u feel?

Does it excite you?
Make u proud?
Do u feel like u are taking advantage of the person?
Truth is, if you make it clear enough to the person that you don't want him or her, he/she will back off. Friendly hugs, answering their calls, smiling at them, going on dates with them, accepting gifts, making yourself availbale to them, in short, every regular thing you do gives them a glimmer of hope. Bone face and they'll disappear! An immediate death is better than a slow one.
