27 YEARS OLD YAHOO BOY ARRESTED FOR KILLING HIS UNDERGRADUATE GIRLFRIEND

A 27 years old Yahoo boy, Obeta John, was on Tuesday 29th of November 2022, arrested by men of Ogun state Police Command for killing his girlfriend, one Idowu Buhari an HND1 Mass Communication student of Gateway polytechnic Saapade.
The suspect was arrested following a distress call received at Ode -Remo divisional headquarters, that the suspect, who reside at No 3, Mojubade compound, Eredu Ishara, locked himself and his girlfriend inside his room and had started beating the girl and hitting her head against the wall, and all efforts made to persuade him to open the door proved abortive .
Upon the distress call, the DPO Ode-remo division, CSP Fasogbon Olayemi quickly led his men to the scene where they met the victim in the pool of her blood after forcing the door opened.
The victim was quickly rushed to State Hospital Ishara,but was pronounced dead by doctor on duty.
The suspect an indigine of Enugu state was promptly arrested and taken to custody.
On interrogation, the suspect, Obeta John informed the police that he is an internet fraudster, and that certain amount of money from one of his clients was paid into the account of his deceased girlfriend which she refused to relinquish to him.
He stated further that it was the argument over the said money that led to scuffle between them which eventually led to the death of the girl.
Meanwhile, the Commissioner of Police, CP Lanre Bankole, has ordered the immediate transfer of the suspect to Homicide section of the State Criminal Investigation Departments for further investigation and diligent prosecution.

Homosexual arrested for allegedly raping five year old boy to death in Ogun.

Men of the Ogun state Police Command on Friday, November 25th arrested a 36-year-old homosexual identified as Sikiru Ajibola for allegedly r@ping a 5-year-old boy to d€ath in Ogijo area of Ogun state.

The suspect was arrested following a report lodged at Ogijo divisional headquarters by the CDA Chairman of Olorunwa Arogbeja Ogijo, who reported that one of the community members informed him that the suspect had unlawful carnal knowledge of a 5 years old boy, consequence upon which the innocent boy d!ed in the process.

Upon the report, the DPO Ogijo division, CSP Enatufe Omoh, quickly detailed his detectives to the scene where the suspect was promptly arrested. On interrogation, the arrested suspect confessed been a h@mosexual and that while he was having s€x with the deceased boy, the boy gave up the ghost.

He confessed further that he quickly dug a shallow grave in a nearby bush, where he hurriedly buried the boy.

He has also taken policemen to where the deceased was buried.

Confirming the incident, the spokesperson of the state police command, SP Abimbola Oyeyemi, said the state Commissioner of Police, CP Lanre Bankole, has ordered the immediate transfer of the case to the Homicide section of the state Criminal Investigation Departments for further investigation and diligent prosecution.
