Woodwork cost 490,000 while Aluminium costs 760,000. Misc-20,000. Total of #1,270,000

can one build a four bedroom all en suite bungalow with two and half million or less? I'm doing a cost analysis and it's looking possible from my analysis. what's your views on that? i would give my analysis later after hearing some of your views. my labourers would be sourced exclusively from the north where labour is extremely cheap and the house would not include any fancy works. details later but lets hear your views first.

These kind of charges will discourage cashless policy. How can they charge 11% on one transaction? My bank charges just about 1.1% or so per transaction and some transactions even have a fixes low rate.

lagos used to be one of the best city those days, with the traffic now it's chaos. The traffic cost me almost full tank a day to move around when I visit. Traffic is better in Abuja.

hello guys, i started the building of my 3 bedroom not too long ago and thought i shld share my experience, cost, process and progress with the house. The land is situated in (Igbesa) Ado-Odo ota local government, Ogun state. i have been able to achieve this through my experience on Nairaland, here are some pictures of the building so far.

It's not a raft foundation I did and am building on a firm or good soil.

So it took you 10 days to get this done. I will have to increase my time on the ground to accomplish mine that is slightly bigger at 15 x 24 meters.

Would love to see your figures to get to this stage. A rough figure is okay.
