Very simple to carry out a due diligence check, just go to a site like naira land land and post such asking for inputs and you will at least see someone that will raise a red flag about places like Oman, Saudi, Kuwait etc.

Secondly if the places is all rosy why have the agents not empty thier families and village people and take them to such places for greener pastures?
