While this sounds good in theory, it stands contrary to the teachings of Jesus Christ.
Contrary in what way(s)?

However, depending on ones level of acceptance and consciousness, there are different levels of truth. Christ taught what was needed at that time to spiritually uplift humanity.

He made reference to Igbos in the kitchen cabinet of the president. Are those inconsequential bunch anyway close to the president's "kitchen"?
I believe you understand that "kitchen cabinet" are a set of people/aides that live and work very closely with the President. It has to be people personally well known and trusted.
Christianity EtcRe: How Dangerous Is Unforgiveness To A Christian? by backbone503(m): 12:55pm On Nov 22, 2020
Do to others just what you'll love done to you.

"...forgive us our trespasses, as we forgive those who trespass against us...". This was what Christ taught his disciples.
Christianity EtcRe: As Christians, How Should We Relate With Unbelievers? by backbone503(m): 12:41pm On Nov 22, 2020
Akube1z:
How should we relate with the unbelievers.
The unbelievers are those who practice other religions aside Christainity and those who don't believe in Jesus Christ and God. It best we relate cautiously and firmly with the unbelievers so we don't get confused or convinced in sinning against God or engaging in unholy acts.

How best should we relate with the unbelievers in our working places / places we find ourselves in ?
We are all creations of God. For this singular reason, each Soul deserves the highest respect you can give.

Love God and let others love God in their own ways too. Set an example of what it means to be a true lover of God. Isn't that what Christ preached?

Hotonions:
I need your advice on how to go about with this. I am born again and I have been baptized for years now and yet I don't feel like I posses the holy spirit it's something I want really badly and yet I don't see myself receiving it.
Note: this is not as a result of lack of belief because I very much believe in the holy spirit and his works.
I also know that with the Holy Spirit to navigate you, the race becomes easier to run
The Holy Spirit is the essence of God that sustains all life forms. It is omnipresent, hence, you can't "posses" it.

View It like the ocean, and you, a thirsty person standing at the shore starring at it. You can only drink or partake of it only to the extent at which you have the capacity to. Expand your vessel and you'll "have" more of it.

Please shed more light on this...
Trump is someone that takes critical national decisions based on his personal conviction.
1. He moved the US embassy from Tel Aviv to Jerusalem, a city jointly claimed by the Israelis and Palestinians. An action that violates UN's 1967 resolution and claimed over 100 Palestinian lives and injured over 11,000. This was widely condemned both within and outside the US.
2. Regarding Covid, he didn't just play needless politics with the virus, he ignored all scientific (expert) advise on handling the pandemic, and want further to support harmful and unproven medications, thus contributing to the US having the world's 2nd highest cases (11.8m+ confirmed cases and 252,000+ deaths)
3. Regarding foreign policy, he has so far withdrew US' membership of very significant agreements/bodies, viz: Paris Climate Agreement, Trans-Pacific Partnership, UNESCO, WHO, UNHRC, UNRWA, Iran Nuclear deal, weakened NATO, WTO to name just a few.
4. Not forgetting his unpopular visa bans/restrictions.

Trump doesn't understand the difference between running a government and running his private business. This is one of the major reasons a greater number of Americans voted against him, despite the huge gains in the economy and job creation.

In other words, Nigeria will be creating thousands of direct and indirect jobs for Nigeriens, and all our so called leaders care for is making money off this.

The petroleum industry (particularly the Downstream sector) is one that can create many investment opportunities, hence, millions of jobs/opportunities for our youths and strengthen our Naira. This government, like its predecessor, is a failure.

PDP is in for a shocker as more people are waking up to the reality of the politricking. Good for the brewing #EndBadGovernance initiative.
However, Umahi didn't do himself any favours by moving to APC either. He'll be rejected alongside his party.
You think these politicians are stupid? Come 2023, APC will most definitely still retain power at the centre. Give or take, Umahi wins.

AmazingELixir:
You're just missing the point...the fundamental question you should ask yourself is " was the election free, fare and credible"..

And can you compare that election with the charade that happens in this country during the elections.

And finally on a lighter note what will you do if the US describe our elections as not credible ...I'm supposing the best you can do is to run to NL as usual to rant.
Thats why he called you a shithole dweller. You call our elections a charade, what has your beloved Trump called theirs (which he supervised)? And why isn't he respecting the popular will of the people? If that were to be done by an African, the Western bloc would have been threatening him with sanctions.

I pray the supreme court will rule in favour of Donald Trump.

Trump does things that supports the freedom of his people but many are blind to see.
Joe Biden/Obama would have made face mask compulsory hence vaccination will also be mandatory. But Trump let people do what they believe in.
He didn't impose lockdown because the crash of the nations economy will domore harm that the virus itself

There is no right reason to hate this man
Trump 2020.
You probably love America more than the Americans, and wiser than the 77,926,591 (and counting) that voted Biden.

This moronic idea that trump should consider defeat is stupid.... First of all do people know that counting is still going on? Do people know
That some swing state that trump is legally challenging as been won and the court are investigating hence the recount by hands... Do people know that in regard of the media declaring biden the winner trump still have two more month stay in office which is middle of January?.... In conclusion this election is still on , don't be manipulated by the mainstream media that are making it look like biden as won... Not until the American electorate certify canfidate... That word president elect is a dream......
Won in which state's courts? Trump's frivolous cases are been thrown out for want of evidence. And in a bid to protect their integrity, his lawyers are withdrawing from his case and others are admitting not having strong evidence to back their claims.

Its not a "loss" nor something to mourn over per se. He simply left this arena of activity to another, and not that something bad happened to him. I'll just temporarily miss him. But then, life always goes on!

Quite instructive
Thanks.

I "lost" a good friend two days ago. This made me reassess myself. I asked "What if it was me?". "Would I pat myself and say "boy you lived a good life?". "Will those I leave behind be proud of me?" I asked a few more questions.

Life is the greatest gift from God. What we do with this gift is totally up to us. However, this great freedom comes with even greater responsibility.
