For the sake of the students, ASUU should reason. Things are very bad in all other sectors. But the damage caused due to the strike has already damaged the educational sector more. Students are losing interest daily and monthly also the younger ones that are supposed to be seriously aspiring to join the tertiary level are losing interest. Something need to be done from ASUU side

Please go to Beverly Hills in California or Vancouver in Canada and see wealthy children display wealth. The reality is that, it depends on how wealthy you turn to be. If you are top 1% then your kids do not have to work at McDonalds to understand money. And if they eventually do not get upright quickly you can influence a lot of things in their favour. If you are a struggling middleclass like most of us will end up, then you have to let them understand how competitive the world has become and largely the survival of the smartest.

I believe in social and volunteer work but the perversion behind is so much about employers looking for in on your resume. Most white people do it to look good. Of all my school mates and colleagues at work, most of them didn't enjoy volunteer but just a means to look good on resume. I will not encourage my kids to work at McDonalds but teach them at the very early stage to be competitive and entrepreneurial.

If you are wealthy, you can kids can be raised anyhow you want. Top 1% will almost always dominate the rest of the population for generations to come.

On Tinubu let me list 4 programs you can search on Google and see what year they were founded not the one you have to travel to go and verify . RRS , EKO Atlantic. Lekki FTZ. LAMATA which is one of my favourite. It's a good initiative because the agency duty encompasses BRT, BRT lane , bus terminals , lagos blue rail project. You see lagos is doing well because of all this policy turned legacy because Tinubus plan are master plans he's a city boy and his visions are dragging Nigeria to the future his administrative sagacity is above Nigeria standards. We need someone that can input this features into the Nigerian system so it can be developed on with time . If we fail to vote Tinubu we have made a big mistake. You search on Google tell me which of these initiatives isn't successful up till now. You can argue that Lagos is rich but Tinubu increased the wealth of the states geometrically,his influence transcends his tenure as a governor, as he was able to unite the southwest and beyond under a political party ACN and we all know how those governors performed well, all they have on Tinubu are just allegations they can't take to court and blame him for the performance of APC at the federal level yet he doesn't hold any portfolio but for political points he must be blamed for supporting Buhari to overthrow Jonathan who was actually stealing security funds with planes whilst bomb blast was rampant.

The Yoruba are the alpha tribe in the South. For every democratic alliance we forge with the Northerners, we always benefit on the long run. Except few which the military guys reneged on.

OBJ handed power to them in 1979 and they compensated him in 1999 with power.

Buhari did alliance with Tinubu in 2014, and now Tinubu got the ticket for APC for next year election.

Awo never forged any cogent alliance with the North politically except when he agreed to work with Gowon which is not neccessarily a party coalition.

Contrast that with the Igbos, Azikiwe and Ekwueme forged political alliance with the North and they were treated as slaves and not handed any power. The current Igbo politicians forged alliance with PDP caucus and for almost 22 years, they were not given the mantle of even ordinary party primary ticket.
