Quick question for the house please. When Redmi phones launch in India, are the global prices much different?

I can't believe the price they are selling the 8gb + 128gb variant of the Redmi Note 9 pro max. If that Indian price translates to global price, I want it ASAP mehn!

which part of those features would you like to replace and still have that price? Did you watch the launch? Recall, it is not in the flagship budget range.

The pro max is awesome, and far cheaper than it's rivals which it is also better than.

Too much money is spent on footbal. Chai! I shouldn't have tried converting to naira.

Perhaps 99% of humans now alive will never make up to that total amount of money in a lifetime of work.

Wait wait wait o you made sense
Its true. one thing I know is that the current the charger cable can carry is only AC current which carries 1-3Volts which canot kill a fly

If it actually equipment like electric iron and other ones that use DC current maybe I will agree this AC current killing no!
You are mixing them up bro, phone chargers convert AC from PHCN and your generators into DC that the charging panel of the phone can use.
Phones › Re: Man Electrocuted While Charging Phone In Port-Harcourt, Rivers (Graphic Photos) by Bahddo(m): 5:42pm On Mar 11, 2020
1) charger bricks supply direct current (DC).
2) Charger DC cannot electrocute anyone. With DC, you need really really high voltage to cause electrocution. Most chargers are 5V DC and perhaps 3A max (18 watts total).
3) Wires have a current and voltage threshold, and they would burn the insulation if it passes. I can't see the burnt cable in the pics.
4) If enough current to kill a man manages to reach the phone battery, it would cause it to explode.

Someone killed that guy and tried to pass it off as an unintentional electrocution from his charging phone.

Business › Re: Why Oil Prices Are Crashing And What It Means by Bahddo(m): 11:01am On Mar 10, 2020
Chai... I've always dreaded the day oil wouldn't be that valuable anymore. How would Nigeria survive? The generation that refused to diversify the economy after the oil boom, and instead wasted abundant resources, are still the ones in power. They are clueless, selfish and short-sighted.

The only response this government would have have, I bet, is to go borrowing some more money.

Maybe this is just me freaking out, but I see the naira crashing even further.

Another thing, u can't be lucky all the time, if some stoopid Indians dey online, chaii, u go wan cry.
I mostly play the battle royale
so you join those people wey dey run up and down (jumping and sliding) as dem dey shoot. Those players are frustrating jor. I find myself standing still when I start shooting, and the eediot would be dancing around me.

I avoid ranked mp matches unless I need to play it (possibly to unlock stuff). I prefer to stat-pad on ordinary mp matches grin

Gurus playing call of duty mobile abeg I need assistance oo. Which type of gun would you recommend best for ranked match? Cos I find out enemy would shoot me once gbam I don die, but me even with gun 75% damage rate and 75% fire rate it wouldn't still kill enemy on time. Abi hackers dey this game ni? undecided
those are likely snipers and shot guns. They have the highest damage. One good shot is usually enough to get an opponent down.

Snipers are more effective from afar, in the hands of an expert, na one shot one down in rapid succession. Shot guns are more effective at close range. Which you should use really depends on you and the location.

I think you could avoid being shot so often by taking advantage of location features like walls and cars. Avoid staying in one position for too long, especially in the open (because snipers grin). Try to hide behind a barrier when you are reloading as you'd be more vulnerable then. Sliding and jumping often also helps as you become less of a target.

Also, as a rule, all guns cause more damage when you aim, as against hip fire. Weapon attachments also help.

That said, ranked match is full of game freaks (they call themselves pros) and people who buy in-game weapons with real money. Chances are the majority have far better weapons than you do. No let am too pain you.

MadeINchenzen2:
what do you think guys?

Is it okay for a lady to move-out to live alone on a rented apartment as a single person. Than stay with her mum, dad and siblings?

Usually it is prevalent with most guys especially when they get to a certain age, probably after school or perhaps because of an essential need for some privacy and a sense of responsibility.

In my own thought. I think it is dangerous and untimely for a single lady to leave her family to live alone before she s married.
What is wrong with a lady becoming financially independent before marriage?

Why isn't it dangerous for a young man to leave home? Why only women?

The way women throw the 'rape' word around ehn...

That's not rape. She consented to sex with multiple men in hopes it would make her money double. She should blame her own stupidity or the hypnotism or whatever else she wants to blame.

It's like saying one has raped a prostitute if the client runs away afterward without paying. She was defrauded but not raped.

My broda, the things that happen in Nigeria, i don't know how i will remain sane. Some years back, a born again lady principal asked girls in senior secondary school to line up with virgins on one line and non virgins on another line. She now asked the school nurse to physically check the virginity of the virgins and it continued until a girl was actually disvirgined in the process, she now stopped it. This happened in Ogun State Nigeria, whenever i think about that, i don't know what i will do if a school principal should violate my daughter like that.
can you imagine! I don't even want to imagine it. What's their business with a student's virginity? angry

It's because these people don't get punishment for overstepping their boundaries that the majority think its okay.

You all claiming she was wrongly accused out of jealousy or envy and acting all sympathetic towards her shld know some people are extremely wicked and can perpetrate any horrendous act just to make money. I am not in support of jungle justice tho. A similar incident happened in my friends area where a girl of 7years was caught fetching bathing water from a gutter linked to the tenants bathroom. She was however, caught by one of the tenants and she confessed it wasnt her first time that an alpha sent her and usualy pay her 50naira whenever she returns with the bathing water. You all need to see the way the occupants of the house cried their eyes out that day.
ok, so what's this story supposed to prove?

That they may have been right to set someone ablaze based on an unverified allegation by one random person?

What's your point?
Crime › Re: Food Vendor 'Mama Aroma' Burnt To Death In Delta For Cooking With Mortuary Water by Bahddo(m): 10:13pm On Mar 03, 2020
Wow... Sure this really happened? They set a person ablaze based on the allegation of one person. No questions asked, no investigation. What if it was a lie?

So one person could just accuse you falsely in public one day and everyone around would kill you before you get a chance to refute the claim.

Mehn... Nigerians... sad
