NarnieAceTech: For me, I don't have time because my PPA is a private firm, so the 9-5 continues. I only have time on Sundays. I don't know why I become uneasy whenever I hear the word 'JavaScript'. I just had to abandon it and went straight to Php, Jquery and now Laravel. I know there's no escaping JS in the web development world but my excuse is that I want to focus on backend.
Where are you serving and where do you reside? you can also use JS on the backend, thanks to NodeJS. Typescript has even come to make JS sexier |

4dor: This is the reason why I target European remote jobs, this time zone thing can be wild.
Btw your pay is verrrryyyyy low, you are being exploited, even if you are a beginner you should be earning double of your current pay. Most of the folks I know earn 2k dollars upwards. It's not that easy getting remote jobs with companies in the EU because of their labour policies. Many companies would prefer to even sponsor your visa and pay for relocation rather than give you a remote role when you live outside the EU, especially if you are in Africa. |

You can apologize for the slap, since you really did not mean to.
However, don't accept responsibility for the way everything turned out. She was sneaky and only made a scene to divert attention from the fact that she was with some guy she didn't tell you about.
Also, if I were you, I'd take the cousin story with a pinch of salt. Why did she switch off her phone to hang out with a 'cousin'? You should be sure you aren't being played for a fool because ladies can be smart about stuff like this.
Your lady is crazy though. I hope you can handle her craze when you eventually get married because it will double at the very least. If you can't, now is a good time to re-evaluate everything. |

If you do, you might want to check notification settings (for Gmail and globally). If you don't and still have to refresh even after turning auto sync on, open your gmail app and go to settings > your Gmail account > Sync Gmail (under data usage). Confirm that it is on. If all else fails, force reboot/restart |

IMO, it simply means you haven't really used the phone since switching on. No biggie. |

When he was busy running his mouth on twitter supporting women who come out without any iota of evidence or even their names...Not knowing the same lying women he was defending with all his power are the ones that will ruin him.
My simple advise to all men, hear both sides of the story and let the court decide....
As it stands now, the guys career and life is totally ruined. I have no issues with Funmilayo being given a taste of his own medicine. I was simply addressing the post I quoted based on its own merit. Conversations we have on issues like this today would shape the mainstream ideas of tomorrow. It's dangerous to try to establish that a drunk man bears all the responsibility for mutual action with a drunk woman while she is the victim (and nothing but), just to push a karma agenda. |

The above statement alone will get him in serious trouble. When she is drunk, you ain't suppose to sleep with her especially when not in an established relationship. Guys be careful and know when to abort mission. Control your prick, don't let it control you. Yea it can be hard and strong but e no go break for sure. they were both drunk. Obascoetubi: how long ur battery last during heavy usage? have no worries about the note 9 series battery. I use the pro and it's a monster. On days I play games like a freak (PUBG, CoDM, PES2020 among my favourites), I still manage to get more than 10hrs screen on time, and I've never had to charge twice in a day since I bought it. Some days ago when I really had time to press the phone all day (medium usage - zoom calls for hours, some twitter banter, some gaming, reading novels, web surfing, watching Twitch streams etc), and waited to see how long it would last, I was mind-blown. EDIT: not sure why the scrollshot (2nd pic) looks terrible after uploading. Perhaps NL compresses assets.

Raeheemwayne: Now let's get this very clear; Be very honest with yourself. You think Bathsheba ( Uriah's ) wife voluntarily slept with King David? no matter how you try to twist it, we both certainly know he raped her but your bible will never admit it. Secondly, I have always survived without your "free sense lectures". so, what makes you think I need it now? Uncle, I don't need your kind of sense abeg. Lastly, It was entirely my business until you decided to poke nose. Someday we'll all understand. married women don't voluntarily sleep with other men besides their husbands? Do you know how many women knowingly commit paternity fraud? This is the kind of stupidity I'm trying to correct, and the moment you post your opinion online it is no longer just your business. Ladies are capable of being so much more than just helpless victims. It's nauseating that people keep on pushing the nonsense narrative that when a lady cheats, she was raped or forced. As if ladies are infants, incapable of also desiring something wrong. Bathsheba was not raped. It's okay to think whatever you like of the Bible, but it is incredibly stupid to assume rape just because you feel like doing so. |

Jobs/Vacancies › Re: Is A Programmer's Job Unstable? by Bahddo(m): 12:36pm On Jun 28, 2020 |
sholarr12: I know a programmer who was employed in an organization that owed two month salary, even up till the third month, despite the fact that the salary was not even up to #50, 000.
That same person resigned and after some months got a better paying programming job but the company has not even resumed yet because of coronavirus and the company has not been paying, that is not even the problem since the company has not yet resumed.
The surprising thing is the company has not received any project that their programmer employees can work on despite the fact that the employees have their personal company laptops.
My question is this, is the work of a programmer unstable? if you are an entry level developer, it is unstable as Nigeria does not have a robust tech market. We don't value tech here that much. As you become more experienced, you become more in demand, and can even dare to work remotely with foreign companies, get foreign gigs, or get sponsored relocation. |

BTW; you're too straight for my liking, loosen up and catch the cruise man. throwing the rape word around for fun is your idea of cruise? It's funny until some lady decides to catch the same cruise with you by intentionally calling you out for 'rape' for the fun of it. Who cares what your liking is? If it's not rape, don't call it so. People are trying to give crime a male face, and some stupid men help them by criminalising others because they are male. Open eyes but y'all can't see trends. Enjoy your cruise alone, man. |
