DSS does not allow access to bleaching cream that is why he is now darker. The way he was shouting " I want to talk to me Lawyer" did not reveal he is pale.
It is bleaching cream deprivation that changed his appearance.

Nnamdi Kanu have been tried and equited by a Magistrate Court and High Court. Both Court have ordered for is unconditional release but the DSS under Buhari disobeyed Court order.

Rather than comply, they present another charge to the same court system they flout its jurisdiction, renders the legal process and system obsolete.

The DSS and Federal government have not recognized the jurisdiction of its own court and judgement. Nnamdi Kanu as the sitting Judge said is well within his right to challenge the jurisdiction of the court inview of non enforced judgement passed by court of same jurisdiction in earlier judgement.

The legal system is void and incapable.
Bros no wonder you support dilector. There is nothing like "equited" in criminal cases. When a Criminal like dilector is brought to court he is only "acquitted" and he will go home. If he is discharged of that charge DSS can still arrest him sorry ass and send it behind bars or cage him in a Zoo.

What is your business then. The occupant of the Zoo is that chap in a cage with a blue shirt. We are free Nigerians including Goodluck.
If you talk too much you join Kanu in the cages.

Forget this your evening School grammar, it can only take you so far before a competent court of international jurisdiction, not the regular kangaroo court presided by your kinsmen whose jurisdiction are flouted by your kinsmen that deem themself above the law.

Wat we have today does not qualify as a court under the secular constitution of Nigeria but rather an almajiri legal system, presided by village elders.
Ok this your Ochoboy grammar will not release Kanu. His stupidity has justified Nigeria's action to continue with his detention. He foolishly brushed aside his lawyers advice and wants to play to the gallery. His new year resolution will be a funny one.

Mr man,we all know it will be re-assigned,what you should be concerned about is the picture this outcome has painted the judiciary:inconfidence
Dozen of persons have complained that they do not want to go on with their trial before a particular court and some courts have declined jurisdiction. Kanu is employing a cheap delay tactics and delay he would get.
The judge does not want to waste his time with dramatic case full of theaterics, the next judge that will hear the case will gave you an idea of what is happening.

Kanu tendered a valid plea too strong for the court to dismiss..."justice indeed is rooted in confidence".
Kudos to the judge.

Buhari needs to respect democratic institutions.

#TreadCautiouslyMrPresident
Alas you just behaved like Kanu. Kanu just sent himself back to detention for as long as the matter will be assigned to another judge. Kanu has by refusing to heed his lawyers advise has justified his continues incarceration by Nigeria.

His Mentor not your mentor. Some big headed fellows will prefer that Nnamdi Kanu or Orji Uzor Kalu or Patience Jonathan or Fayose should be your mentor.
You choose smart and you choose well. You mentor has a first class degree and is a first class Emir. Haters should
go and drown in that river where some dead bodies were floating in Imo state.

If the DSS had a solid case against Kanu, I doubt the court would have discharged and acquitted him.
Moreover the DSS should have respected the court order. Flouting the court order as an invitation to anarchy.
The court did not discharge and acquit him. The Court ordered for his release in respect of detention of the basis of charges of intimidation etc. Before there is an acquittal there must be hearing of witness(es) and there was none before the orders of Ademola.

What a low comment coming from a presumed intelligent "Biafra" if this all you say about the grace of God then, the rest is story. Talking about grace, when your so called IPOB deceived a lot of people and they put their life across the fire. Do they knnow that one would die. No soul worth loosing in whatever self determination.
Kanu does not know God he mentioned it. He believes in Chukwu Okike Abiama.

I was listening to Nigerian Info, this evening. And the Anchor woman is of the opinion that Nnamdi Kanu has been freed.
If the DSS, is still holding him...........hmmmmm.
I wonder if we are not being taken back to the days of Abacha, and other military Junta. Sincerely, this is not good for our democracy. "The Labour of our heroes past shall not be in vain".
Through the treasonable comment of Kanu.

It is no longer news that Nnamdi Kanu was discharged and acquitted this week.

I just read a thread on nairaland that the DSS has charged him again for treasonable felony.

Where is Nnamdi Kanu now? Is he still in detention? If he has been freed is he still in Nigeria or has he returned to the UK?

Answers please.
He was not discharged and acquitted.

Only five yrs with an option of fine goes to show how shallow our judicial system is. How much is N20 Million that they cannot post and get of jail? When that amount is converted to dollars, it amounts to nothing.

Our legal system is bad hence the stealing of petroleum products by Nigerians and their foreign partners will continue. If one steal billions and is asked to pay nothing, he will return to now steal more.
They are convicts, do you know what it means to be an ex-convict? This one is concluded, next.

Point of correction, that chap must have spent a part of the 26 years in GEJ/PDP economy. The heads and watchdogs of that economy used one silly sentence to justify unlawful, reckless and wasteful spending of a Trillion Naira.
