I don’t support that thinking. There’s no leader in Nigeria who is not open to abuse of power. Buhari can speak for himself but we have had past heads of state and presidents who used the police to rig elections and caused mayhem from the federal level. Therefore, the same disease he accused the governors of having can also be affecting the president, depending on the corruption in their conscience. The solution is not to disallow state police. The solution is to create hierarchy and command structure from local to national level of policing in Nigeria. The federal police should have ultimate power to overturn arrest and prosecution. And even that should also be under the control of the National Assembly or independent police commission that can sanction police activities at federal level.

State Police is the only solution to safe guard lives and properties in Nigeria. Its advantages far out weighs its disadvantages. The state police can always have a service commission that gives check and balances to the excesses of state Governors.

I don't see City winning the league because they failed to buy that Top 9 to replace Aguero. I know they won last season without Aguero gone through injury in most part of last season. But I think a Top 9 Stricker that can bangin goals would have been the last piece of the puzzle. I tip either Chelsea or Liverpool to win the league. Nobody was expecting Arsenal to beat City but make it hard for them to beat you. Arsenal made it too easy, it felt like a training match for City. All these is not Players fault but the manager's fault. The team cannot do basic defending, a decent manager with experience will at least make it hard for City. If a West ham that doesn't have too many top players can grind results and make it hard for teams to break them down. Then Arteta has no excuse with these crop of players. They are not Top 4 material we get that but get something maybe a 6th/7thposition out of this team.

I disagree with you, This Arsenal side is not Top 4 Material but should not be losing to Brentford, Chelsea and Man City in that manner. A team can lose games but its the manner at which they are losing with no drive, no passion and cannot do basic defending. All this is on the Coach. A Good Coach or Manager might lose all these 3 games but at least the team will put up a performance and would have scored at least a goal in the three matches. Arteta's team selection, how he sets up the team, organization and tactics is so poor that's why they can't defend and can't score. A decent coach will get something tangible out of this team even though they are not Top four material they can still compete for European ( Europa) places.

Exactly he doesnt deserve the award, he was just lucky to be in a Chelsea and Italian side. He was not pivotal to both team winning both the UCL and the Euros. He is not a player that stands out in a match, he just does the basic things just an average midfielder.

The Problem with Arsenal Football Club right now is Mikel Arteta. Asides the Kroenke who aren't willing to spend buying players, Arteta is a Pep Wannabe who wants his players at Arsenal not suited to the Man City style to play out from the back like he learnt under Pep. He forgets that the owners of Man City are willing to provide any amount of money just for Pep to bring in players he wants that will suit his style and inturn deliver the Champions league to the club. The Kroenke's are not willing to spend so how will you bring in such players that will suit the Arteta style he learnt under Pep. So this is where Arteta is the problem, he is not willing to bend by using another tactics that suit the current crop of Arsenal players,he is hell bent on playing from the back reason why the goal keeper and defenders keep making mistakes. Another Experienced Manager who can adjust his tactics will get more from this Arsenal side.
