Well the sad news is that Lagos is already taken ask your northern masters.
You can drag Lagos with your masters up north, Afonjites should just get their filty cone heads out of Igbo affairs. Now get back to skull mining and quit derailing my thread. So if you know that the Egun are a distinct clan why do yorubas solely claim lagos as their property and relegating the real owners to the background.
Yorubas, land grabbers, map menders and environmentalist all in the name of land theft, oil and more oil. By the way Mukiala are you not supposed to be digging for corpse and skulls at Ijebu Igbo cemetery for Iginla the great. So those organizing boys to deal with the Hausa didn't see this coming? The Afenife whatever should be calling for action not caution. It's time to start doing something and stop talking. The shithead king, ooni has bolted leaving his people to suffer, and a harebrain senator that should be demanding respect from the Hausa community is sharing food to them. What a show of shame. Who is going to take you seriously if you let this keep happening? napoleon77: The British Colonialist ruled and developed Lagos from 1861 to 1960.
The Federal govt of Nigeria ruled and developed Lagos as Federal capital between 1960 and 1991.
That's over 130 year gap over other states and regions. That's the edge Lagos has had over other parts of Nigeria.
That's even ignoring the side effects of the development caused by the Colonialists and Federal Govt.
Do not equate the development of Lagos State to the South West. My friend Lagos is different from Lagos State. Educate yourself on that,Lagos state = Lagos (IKOYI, VI, LAGOS ISLAND) + Part of Western region (Ikeja,Ajah,Lekki,Surulere etc) Lagos is what the British and the FG developed as the Capital. |

Right hand of God)developed Ilkeja which was part of the Western Region as an Industrial hub to take advantage of the nearby port. It is no accident or luck. Before Lagos state was created There was an FCT which ended just before Mushing where Fela'so house used to be. Most of the state was in the Western Region. Lagos State was never the capital of Nigeria rather a few LGAS that never included IKEJA or any of the manufacturing hubs. Never knew u know this fact as well I have already told the dull IPOBs these fact but their interest to steal Lagos from Yorubas will never let them see clearly. Most part of Lagos state today is part of the former western region just a few part of Ikoyi, VI and Lagos Island/Marina is the Lagos created by the British as Capital. As for the Jealous IPOBs, eradicate the law of not selling lands and been hostile to other Nigerian tribes then see Foreign companies flood to your region. It's not our fault that God blessed us with the deepest sea port in the country direct to the Atlantic Ocean, it not our fault the British decided to use our land as the Capital and then the FG ,it's God's blessing stop hating. |

I've bn around quite a few men who beat their wives and when they tell you why, you'll run from them as far as your legs can carry you.Their excuses are usually absolutely stupid. Funny thing is, poor men beat their wives more, they have nothing to loose. Those ones that beat women for no reason are the ones you can refer to as beast but the ones that women destroy them with insults and curses shd just slap her to reset her brain, the ones that gets dumped after spending money on her or get cheated on don't blame them too much it's painful and not all men can walk away. |

Dnt beat, afterall u didnt beat police, vio, soldiers etc dat offend u abysmally. I cant endure dv. Make person no jus kill person. See the whites are the advocate of " Stop domestic violence" because both men and women most of the time contribute equally to their marriage and family but that doesn't happen here in Africa, you have to look some of these issues from a man's eyes or perspective, it's very painful and extremely difficult to walk away when you spend so much money on a woman and she then decides to go cheat with another man, thats why for women to avoid domestic violence and men seeing them as their property, they need to start contributing equally into marriage and family as the man does. |

Plus, you haven't explained why Ibadan is not better than driving in Lagos if we go by population. Forget it, there are sane and insane cities. I guess London doesn't have better driving than Lagos and Ibadan cos it's populated. As regards more alternative routes Lagos doesn't have much of that that contributes to traffic and insanity of drivers but considering the fact that during festive period when people travel to their home states Lagos roads always experience serenity. |

Populated with civilized people . How come others cities with less population than Enugu didn't make the list? So Enugu people are more civilized than Lagos people?have u seen how Lagos drivers drive on Sundays and during Christmas period when people from other states must have travelled to their home states? koning: Any time I travel from Lagos to Enugu, I always feel like I am driving in a foreign country whenever I arrive Enugu. Driving in Enugu is so stress free.
So Enugu is it. That's simply because there are fewer cars in Enugu so why the rush. But in a place like Lagos too many vehicles on the road. A State that has 30% of the entire countries Vehicle population what do u expect. |

It seems u guys don't know what makes drivers in a particular city drive with sanity. It simply depends on the population of vehicles on the road in places like Enugu how many Cars is on the road so there is little or no traffic so there is no rushing people can afford to obey traffic rules but in a place like Lagos if you slack you will sleep on the road and people want to get home to rest after a busy day at work. |

Ina wey de talk una fit drive an imported cars for yankee or anywhere else wey no get original custom duty and go free. Lets support this man atleast his trying to correct the ill in one sector. Next time if ina wan buy anything make sure ina collect complete papers stop so stop blaming ali go blame who sell car for u without complete papers and ur dullness See nobody is against correcting the wrongs and stamping out corruption but this is not the way to go about it. Customs already failed in their duties in the first place by allowing vehicles into the country without issuing customs papers,by also allowing dealers sell cars to consumers without custom papers Now you want to go out on the street harassing every Car owner. So people with cars as far back as 2011 will still have to be paying for customs paper doesn't make sense if you ask me. It is them who failed in their duties not the people so don't bring hardship upon the people with your own mistakes and corruption. |

Anyway like I always say: There are 2 sides to everything. These categories of women you mentioned were never after the man's money in the first place. Many Nigerian women port to some other man because of money but might just use those other reasons as an excuse, if you ask any woman they won't tell you it's coz he doesn't have enough money because they don't want to look like a gold digger. Some women are always readily available for the highest bidder, their Husband or bf maybe doing well for himself I.e comfortable but once they catch a richer man them go port without looking at other qualities their bf has.
80-90% of Nigerian women are simply gold diggers that's why no man respects them, that's why Domestic violence can never end in this part of the world because men simply purchase women as a properties. |
