If you want to know more about Yorubas come for lecture, there is something called "Yoruba Ajumolo" the general Yoruba language spoken and the various distinct dialect that is what you hear Ijebu people speak, it's like that for Egba, Owu,Ibadan, Oyo,Ilesha,Ife,Owo people so just don't bring you propaganda here.

Concerning your experience, I can boldly tell you one thing; if you dwell amongst Yorubas and you think they don't greet you, then you are the problem. Take this to the bank. An average Yoruba person would greet you three times in 10 minutes just because you keep passing by. And knowing full well, that you are prolly not Yoruba, you might have been waiting for them to greet first before you respond. Yorubas are very sensitive to greetings. The moment they notice you enjoy being greeted first, they would start holding back and believe you are an arrogant person.

Enugu is even worse. Children here stare at you like dead cow heads. They don't even know how to say thank you when you exhibit magnanimity towards them. Well, let's just say I'm used to the South West that I tend to use the region as a yard in judging other areas.

And as per the young you 'gave age ahead', I can boldly say the problem is because you always her to greet first. It doesn't walk that way. The rule is simple, if you spot her first, say hello. It does increase self worth and respect. I believe your actions are forgivable since you don't understand these things.

i am sorry I won't agree with your assertion except you are inferring that tinubu empowered the Yorubas to express their innermost desires toward other ethnicities in other to show or assert Lagos as a SW state and not a commercial capital, and you should note that every other Yoruba leader (governor) tolled the same part, in fact it should be recalled that Jimi Agbaje was not voted and tagged Igbo for promising to protect Igbo businesses and that of other ethnicities.

So it is safe to say that OBJ and Tinubu only provided some form of protection for the SW to carry out their innermost desires of hostility and aggression to other groups, also I must add here that the Alaba boys just like the aspanda (trade fair) boys were happy with the confrontations with Opc as the use the opportunity to assert the dominion not just in the market but in Alaba in general, even now the only way the Yorubas have any businesses with any of the Igbo owned market is through the state government which is a good thing.

Yorubaland is the most hospitable region in the country. If y'all are pissed because property owners in the SW are refusing to rent their property to you then i suggest you check yourselves because there's no smoke without fire. The nonchallance and uncultured attitude of some of you are some of the reasons many Yorubas avoid letting their property to you. We have problem with 3 ethnic groups in Nigeria;

1. Igbos: They never respect their host which has been proven in different countries all over the world,they claim their host is always jealous of their success. Evident in Ghana, SA, India, Malaysia,Singapore,Indonesia etc. they flaunt rules and laws of the land and when they are been dealt with they claim their host is Jealous of their success.

2. Ijaws: This tribe is known to think only them own Oil in Nigeria and so will always want to override their host by claiming the Oil rich area is their land. They are also known to forment trouble anywhere there is Oil through Militancy.

3. Hausa-Fulani : They feel they own every single inch of Nigeria and so will even fight you over your own ancestral land by allowing their cattles to eat up your crops.
This tribe is also very religiously intolerant and barbaric and don't mind killing anybody on their own land.

Aside these 3 trouble making tribes I do not think the Peace loving Yorubas have problem with any other tribe in Nigeria because the other tribes too are peace loving which doesn't conote cowardice.

Please show us the fantastic achievements in the south west apart from Lagos. Even Ibadan which was the largest city in West Africa, has no meaningful development. If developed cities in Nigeria are counted please tell us the position of Ibadan.

My friend don't be deceived with the brown roofs in Ibadan, Ibadan is well developed. It's bigger in size than 3 states combined in the SE. Oyo state as a whole is almost the size of the entire SE.
