Even today's match played at Anfield - Liverpool felt some heat. Chelsea has really improved. Chelsea kept them running for the entire 90 minutes. The odds for Liverpool to win, even though they did eventually win, is grossly mispriced.

You don't have a case. You could argue that not many people would be privy to the development since they might not be accustomed to checking their mails or following GT on social media. Even still, this point is moot. Should maintenance work not be carried out because of the ignorance of its customers? Do you know how much damage a single breach in GT customers' data can cause to many millions?
