I was having a random chat with a friend today on things to be careful of when packaging applications and he said "once you start counting your 28-days PoF maturity, ensure you don't receive a substantial amount of money in the same account, else you'll have to explain the source of the money". So in context, if you need 5m for PoF and you already have 5m+ in the account, ensure any deposit coming to the account within the maturity period is something below say, 50k per transaction. if you drop say like 500k or 1m in the account, you'll have to explain the source of the money.

I kind of disagree with him, I believe the concern should be the money not going below the required amount. In the case where 5m PoF is required, and the opening balance is 5m, even if the closing balance is 7m, it shouldn't be an issue.

Please am I right or he is?

I sent extra 500k to my wife's account on day 15 f her pof period and she got her Visa without NSF

Who is in Bradford please and knows the earliest date university of Bradford starts issuing CAS especially for January intakes, thinking of starting the process of POF which will mature in a month (~20th of Oct) or is that too early.

I am asking this because Birmingham City University didn't start issuing CAS until late November last year which means those that started early or printed their bank statement early needed to wait for another month or two to reprint their bank statements

So guys, it has really been a wonderful, fun one week in Germany(from moving out of siegen where my Visa was processed to paderborn, getting accommodation in a miraculous way, activating my hostel fire alarm while learning how to cook stew via video call from a wonderful princess here , teaching my flat mates our pigin English in exchange for German lessons, etc.). Settling hasn't been easy but we thank God. Once free I would drop my little experience and advise to incomings and as usual answer as much questions as I can. To every hopeful, please!! don't give up. The system works here. To summer applicants, fire on! It's worth it

Hello guys, I need help.

Had my interview last week Thursday, I got a rejection together with my docs yesterday. The reason for the refusal is:

"There are doubts concerning the indicated purpose of your trip as well as the ability to study."

I intend to appeal but I need help especially from people who have experienced this & successfully appealed afterwards.

Update- In Addition to the 1st class and 2:1.
Your Bachelors degree has to be issued after January 2017 to qualify for Cat A.

Please are you sure of this information. I can’t find on their website

I hope the embassy reduce all these requirements for cat A, graduates of 2017 or later will really cut a lot of people off that category..
Increase in BA, and all these requirements again, it’s actually getting tougher every admission season.
Maybe people will be moving to other countries before they can finally move to Germany

The reason most times is always the same.

"There are (serious) doubts concerning your intended purpose to travel for studies."

The mostly used the word "serious" especially when they are in extreme doubt, then they use the word serious. Like under performing at the interview, failure of the written test, amongst others

How long does this rejection come after interview... come in a mail like AM too?

Uni hannover is something else, I applied to geodesy and geoinformatics in summer 2019, they didn’t give acceptance notification or rejection letter. I wrote them severally before the replied that they have given admission and I was not one of them.
I guess they only notify applicants with admission, those without admission are left hanging

Has the school given you admission... if yes, tell them you have done interview and if they have not given you admission, tell them you have appointment date and waiting for them.

For those that said they don't collect hnd for masters please what does the diploma in the srcshot mean. Thanks

PGD is also a diploma
Some people have been able to use hnd and pgd to secure Msc admission.
I think I have seen someone that has been able to use hnd to get Msc admission as well on this platform, some people have been able to secure admission with very low cgpa even third class as well but those are not the norm, sometimes those things happen (some people say the German Waka na per head)
Mail the course coordinator to ask your questions, you will get detailed and correct information about the particular course admission requirements. You can be lucky if the programme has open admission and they don’t mind hnd holders
Check your school on anabin but I guess every polytechnic in Nigeria is h-

Hello Guys,

I know some of us are waiting for ADs, some have gone further to pay semester fees and block accounts. Abeg let us all come together and pray seriously that God will cause the consulate/embassy to release ADs that will fall between now and the 31st of August, 2019. I strongly believe that ADs will still be released.
I suggest we pray every minute of the day now not just for ourselves but for everyone expecting dates. Don't lose hope. This issue na small challenge for God.
