MI has got no single keystyle . . . he plays on words, yes (never mind the intermittent mumbo-jumbo like "I solo like Isolo" but the overall package as a rapper is below par . . . just the ruff neck and a couple of fine lines that fail to deliver below the belt . . . no wow factor.

His rhyme pattern is too watery . . . "the microphone vandalist, the son of the evangelist", bla bla . . . it gets boring. Go check above-average rappers - they hit you with lines that are woven around a beat in a manner that makes you think of a rollercoaster . . . the way they weave in and out of a beat and ride it like they're doing martial arts . . .

MI just filled a void, nutin more . . . he's intelligent though - I've listened to some of his interviews and he spoke intelligently.

Most Naija rappers are quite disappointing . . . the males especially (except Da Grin of blessed memory) . . . Blaise comes close to the entire package when Naija Rap is concerned.

If we dig deep into the archives, I'm sure even the hallowed names of every genre of music have subliminally referred to sex in their lyrics . . . but it would've become a problem if you ran a scan on their lyrics and overall talent . . . and discovered that these artistes relied predominantly on their raw themes and vids to sell . . . that's the point.
