DennisEche: SAY THAT TO YOURSELF, MY CHOICE IS MINE. YOU CAN'T FORCE ME WHO TO LIKE OR NOT Lol you come across as a bitter and negative person. I gave two options but you chose to see the second one. You just confirmed my suspicion. Its not mandatory that you even open the thread if you don't like the kids or what they do. I assume that you're older than these kids, and at the moment, what you consider as 'dry' may propel these kids to heights that you'll marvel at. Have a nice life |

I had to screen grab this scene Batman na beast abeg Your rating made me watch the movie. I thought it was thrilling but it looked more like an animation for adults than kids. I'd give it a 7.5/10 |

Thisnut: for long term, FG bond Is a terrible ideal, I'd advise you check into euro bond. In the past 20 years , naira has been devalued by 6049%
In 1999, one dollar was 5.5 naira, now it's 360. The percentage change is 360-5.5/5.5×100=6049%
For 20year there is a high chance that naira would have be devalued from 4000% to 8000%
For short term you can do treasury bill and watch for inflation.
Wow wow wow get in mate! I love posts like this. You can't even debate this even if you wanted to because it's fact based. On current trajectory, the analysis is right unless some crazy turnaround happens in the country within that period. I'm trying not to use the word 'revolution'. PS. Some folks complained about the erroneous 1999 rate, but your point is still well taken.

DonBenny77: I live in rumuogba estate ph, there are like six hotels in my small hood (Genesis, mass central, Edobi suites, retreat home, house 182, house 184.) Out of this six its only Genesis I can tell you the waitress don't bleep customers at the hotel premises at least. For the rest no worry, we know them we see them. Can you let your wife work in a hotel?
Don't be naive Yes, I can, and she'll be the owner of the hotel. It seems you don't catch my drift. I don't disagree that waitresses have sexual dealings with customers. My problem is that you're using a subset to represent a superset. So now I agree that your superset set is PH, and not even Rivers or Nigeria as a whole. Until you go round PH, taking stats on the over 100 hotels in PH, all you've done is give an opinion. If you've said from the onset that the stat you brought out was limited to your locality, we won't be having this conversation. |

This is more like investing in Money market funds (which invest in Tbills and other short term money market instruments like CPs) and not buying Tbills directly. Hey mate, I've been reading a bit about the Nigerian Eurobond Fund. Seems as though the return is at sub 10% p.a. |

"Don't give me the fish eeO! show me how to fish eeO! i want to catch e fish eeO!" ...song by I dont remember who lol
.. do Tbills and get 1.180million at 11.8% interest rate. .. give your bro 500k to start rice business plus 180k for shop rent
.. give your bro another 500k for the childs school fees for this new session.
.. tell him you will not pay again after this year. Let him continue with profits from his business.
.. the truth is he can get schools as low as 15k, but he chose to make you pay for the best plus all expenses for his family for the year!
.. let me ask you this, how many teachers/workers do you think earn upto 80k monthly?
.. if that was your bros salary, would he use all of it to pay school fees for ONLY ONE child?
.. Show him how to catch fish .
.. i have helped my 2 brothers to start working, i didn't give them a penny. Just motivation and financial education.
.. Good luck Sir You deserve a hug mate, just the comment I was looking for. |

Thought provoking post, but I think I foreigners are not the cause of SA's problems. Advanced countries look to employ the best minds to drive their tech, medical and other industries. Its another thing to drive out illegals but not to the extent of blaming all your country's woes on foreigners. |

Is it true that for the quick loan, the more you borrow and repay, you have access to larger loan amounts? |
Business › Re: How I Recieved An Instant Loan Of Over N1m Without Going To The Bank by Bamz(m): 9:37am On Sep 07, 2019 |
DrManhattan: So u can actually repay when u feel like?? How do u go about that pls? And pls what's the difference between the salary advance and Quick Credit From my findings, they both incur 1.75% p.a but you can get a max of your net salary plus 50%. If you earn 200k, you can get 300k as salary advance. |
Business › Re: How I Recieved An Instant Loan Of Over N1m Without Going To The Bank by Bamz(m): 9:24am On Sep 07, 2019 |
hiroz: don't be myopic. all banks in Nigeria are now facing mass retail loan seriously. its a big source of revenue. the loan is quite flexible. at 1.75% monthly that is 21% per annum.. so if you take the loan and repay everything in one month you'll only pay interest for the one month you had the loan running. you can get up to 5 million and if you repay in 3months you'll only pay interest for the 3 months and not the total 21% per annum..
and the wonderful thing is that the loan is on reducing balance basis so as you repay monthly the interest you pay for the next month keeps reducing..
and those shouting innoson innoson se the ''judgement'' was given months ago what's he waiting for to take over the gtbank branches as you were celebrating then..keep believing lies. Someone said there are only 6 months or 12 months tenor for loan repayment. I wish I could chose my own tenor. |

Business › Re: How I Recieved An Instant Loan Of Over N1m Without Going To The Bank by Bamz(m): 12:15am On Sep 06, 2019 |
AXYZ: Everything depends on tenor of the loan. If you're paying in a month, you pay 1.75%, 2 months is 1.75x2 and because you are paying in 12 months, it is 1.75x12 and thus gives you the 21% you mentioned. Hi, So you're allowed to choose a convenient payment tenor of choice? What if plans change and you want it extended? |
