iamadonis2: Hello, guys
I've overworked my brain trying to calculate figures since morning. I want to access a bank loan to reinvest in treasury bills.
Is this a wise move?
Will I ultimately be on the losing side of this equation? I was thinking I'd apply lateral thinking here. Banks typically charge 1.75% interest per month. How about you think of businesses that can give you more than that in a month or way over 21% p.a? This is open to the house too. |
Investment › Re: Treasury Bills In Nigeria by Bamz(m): 5:38am On Oct 13, 2019 |
Wickedtruths: How much is bank loan interest rate per annum? Around 21% and above.
How much is Tbills interest rate per annum? Around 13% as at today.
You want to use 21% debt to make 13% profit?
This picture explains what would happen if you try it.

Guest007: Nature did that, natural selection and shi...
The guy are around town chasing one skirt or the other has no time to give time but a serious man with sense knows when to let go and its never because she said no.
Women require you to show your worth the same way men require a woman to look a certain way before he could give her time. This shi is all natural we are the keepers of the honey pot A serious man knows when to let go, yeah? And what if he's been misled by the wrong cues because the amazing Queen of the universe still feels he could be an option. Like I said in my earlier rejoinder, I don't buy into all of the " I'm female, let me show my prowess or I'm male, let me show I'm the alphamale" reasoning. This is 2019. You need time to heal? Tell me. You like me but you have a guy, tell me. I'm all for heart to heart discussions and thinking of the way forward. |

Guest007: You can't truly understand people but women are wired differently when it comes to the romance if you don't like it then take it up with God.
These kinda threads threaten our connections as humans because we are all different.
Some girls love the romance and they expect their dream man to break barriers and conquer the world and we're here talking about dating techniques. It's a damper on our dreams...
I and many others test the weather in the relationship and use that data to figure out what the future of this relationship.
If a man runs at the first sight of an obstacle to what he wants then which kinda man is that one?
These threads promote the market of chop and clean mouth crew... Wow take a bow girl! But let's stay grounded here, breaking barriers and conquering the world has a limit, lol, and I've spent ample time trying to prove to one of your species that I was right for her not till the last moment when she used one 'minor' sin to discredit me. I totally agree that a man who runs at the first sight of obstacles leaves much to be desired, but then again who gave the female gender the authority to do these things? I'm all for spontaneity, understanding, chemistry and attraction. I don't subscribe to any sort of manipulation or anything close. I feel sorry for girls I've not gone on to like the way they wanted me to like them but I respect them, and I dare say I can still gather the courage to call them up to say hi. |

Guest007: If op knew what he was talking about it would reflect in his relationships. Lol I believe you. Emotional intelligence is rare I understand. You can't truly understand girls but some cues are enough. Once I still get some sort of audience, a teeny bit of effort, that's usually enough for me to keep chasing someone I want. She's human too. Some people have been hurt and find it difficult to open up easily and you've got to ease them to it. |
Romance › Re: Why A Man Should Never Chase A Woman. by Bamz(m): 6:23pm On Sep 24, 2019 |
Guest007: Women take time to warm up to a man... It's not chasing it's courting.
Women are slow cookers and men are microwaves. This means it takes a woman time to get comfortable and to observe the man, before choosing him and if you don't want to give them that time then...
If you run from every woman who doesn't jump at the chance of dating you then you're setting yourself up for...
Women are not like men and if this granddad knew anything about women and relationships then...
FP doesn't pay I totally agree with this oh. Women need a wee more time to warm up to men, and once that transitional period is over, even the guy would be tired. You can't keep jumping from one girl to another girl now every month. Sometimes you need to understand what she's thinking, what mKes her tick etc |

The Resistance Banker 8.5/10
Set during the German invasion of the Netherlands, this is one thrilling movie. Since it was a real life story, not much can be said about how differently the story could have been adapted.
PS. I come to this thread to see movie recommendations and ratings at a glance but it seems some people have unpacked their mats on here just to litter the thread. We're better than this. |

Emilokoiyawon: I watched the Chelsea defender Tomori today. O boi dat guy is a solid defender. Nigeria needs a solid central defender (Balogun and Ekong are not cutting it). In my opinion we should spend more time/energy recruiting Tomori than Abraham - we have better strikers than Abraham. I agree about Fikayo. He's so composed on the ball, no wonder FL rates him. |

All we need to do is mimic their 4.3.3 and tell Azpi and Alonso not to bomb forward as much. Tammy would be looking to redeem himself if he starts but I'd rather Giroud starts. |

I jumped up from my seat and rushed out. Right there in the package was hot amala, with panla, shaki, roundabout...fuku ati ogufe.

I want PSG to win the UCL. If they can play like this without their established stars who were left out of the team, then they have an immense opportunity. Their coach kept instructing even at injury time. I also loved how they closed the opposition down. All they need to do is replicate this performance in every match and take their chances properly.
Madrid only played a better team, there's no shame about that. Its football. |
