I think you should go to another hospital to redo a medical test.....my reason is that you should check the date you did the upfront and compare with the date you would be resuming if it would expire before or at resumption then you would need another one......There was someone with a similar complaint and he did another test and had a positive outcome.

Aren't medical reports valid for 6 months again?

CIC want to see evidence of financial capacity for a year at minimum. Provided you have paid tuition for atleast a year and have living expenses in the tune of 2.4m (10k CAD), and show some spare cash for traveling, I wonder what their excuse will be.

Whatever you do, just make sure you pay tuition and/or have your sponsors transfer your study grant to your account.

Well try to clarify your purpose of visit and make sure it's consistent in all your supporting documents. Keep things simple.

you're right bro , people have gotten their TRVs using third party sponsors... But if you were a VO wouldn't you say the supposed *Uncle's first responsibility is to take care of his family before any other person(this is what i always think atimes, though i may be wrong)... I think if @bayocanny makes his tuition deposit and his uncle transfers the required 10,000CAD to his account and presents the bank statement to show the transfer, then he should have another chance at getting the TRV, GCMS is still a vital document before he refires.....

Responsibility aspect beckons in any case; even when your parent sponsors you. A friend in Regina was rejected when his mom sponsored at first.

The issue with having the money in your sponsor's account brings a lot of questions: credibility and capacity majorly. Number of dependants and source of income will now come under capacity.

People with all the money in their personal accounts and/or those with scholarships do not have to tell so much stories.

First step to know how to go about tackling the reason for delay is ordering your GCMS file ....no1 here can fully give a perfect solution unless you know why the VO has delayed your app....

I ain't no guru , but I just wanted to share my own opinion on this issue of "Delay due to insufficient funds " , sometimes I feel CIC is just using it as a way to delay a lot of applicants, however I don't think it's always because of low funds that results to an app being delayed , you mentioned that your sponsor was your uncle , did you show ties with your uncle with enough documents and also I suggest you try and make payment for your tuition(1st year) for your next app so CIC will know your uncle will genuinely take responsibility for your education......my ogas dem in d hauz can further help your case

Just thinking aloud... after someone has shown sufficient evidence of financial capacity like you suggested, do you think someone can be refused on the premise of not showing ties with an uncle or whoever?

Well I'm certain that people have had nonrelatives sponsor them and still have gone on to get visas.

Please read carefully. Letter of Introduction (L.O.I) and Leave Letter are two different things.

The L.O I tells the V.O that you are working (includes you employment details etc), and your purpose for going to Canada. It's your choice whether to include leave letter or not.

The leave notification could also be explicitly stated in your L.O.I

There are no hard and fast rules. The only rule I've learnt is simplicity. There are so many apps these guys deal with, writing too many stories an what not is at your discretion.

Your employers are humans. Explain to them why a leave letter is important to you if at all you need one.

By the way, the leave letter could as well serve as a hometie, you know the idea that your job is secure when you return and all that.

How about subsidizing that of school fees and medicals?

At a minimum, tuition and maintenance costs for a year.

If you're presently working, it's imperative that you show a L.O.I from your employer.

In as much as your sponsor relationship (if third party) may be a factor in this context. I believe they will require applicants to pay their fees before applying for study permit because of the foreign exchange crisis. If your sponsor is a third party, get his/her family documentations ranging from birth certificate to marriage certificate depending on how you are related to him/her.

I'm not antagonising your post or anything but the core issue here is funds. People have used non relatives and gotten approval.

You will get approved I believe. They want evidence of funds? Heck, give it to them. From payment of tuition to wiring of the study grants, boosting of account balances... CIC are not God!

The mains reasons are issues bothering on funds.

You could have your sponsor show more commitment by paying your tuition for a year (or more) (if possible) and/or transfer all funds you need for your first year (or more) into your account before you apply. You will have to do an "idiot-proof" explanation in your SOP shedding light on the option(s) your sponsor opt(s) for. PS. Try to avoid overnight transfers, could raise a red flag.

PPS. You may go through ahyotomiwa's posts. He was once in your shoes.

For the relationship aspect, a very clear explanation would suffice here using family trees or whatever you could find.

Yup I reckon they need thermal cams for night surveillance.
