It means that you must have completed atleast 100level /year one studies in a UNIVERSITY. This studies must be a study towards bachelor degree. This study can be evidenced by your (100 level) transcript.

Germany also accepts HND holders for BSc admission but I am not sure if Norway accepts this (HND) too- as it is not expressly stated in the GSU-country list

All public universities in Norway are tuition free.
All masters program in public Norwegian University are tuition free.

Very few BSc program taught in English exist in Norwegian public universities and some of the BSc program levies tuition fee for students outside the Eu/EEA.

Most Norwegian University requires atleast C to be eligible for masters admission but this is mere lipservice as it is often the case that mostly applicants with B (2nd class upper) are offered admission. This is even more practicable if you had your previous education in a developing country. This also could be due to the fact that admission in Norway is highly competitive occasioned by the free and quality education

To the lady that enquired about BSc studies with OND - I am not sure if you qualify for BSc admission because to be eligible for BSc admission in Norway, you need to have upper secondary certificate (WAEC/NECO - at least 6 credits pass including Maths, English and a science subject) plus 1 year university studies.

Lastly, if any of you is thinking of applying against autumn 2017, that person should perish the thought as most admission window has elapsed.

But this does not apply to university of Stavanger since their admission window is still wide open till February or so. So you can check UiS out, see if you will find a program of interest and if you think you meet their requirements you can apply

The bolded is incorrect. I don't know where you got that from. Perhaps not German embassy.

German embassy requires no proof of German language ability if your program is English-taught. It is not a study visa requirement.

Just like in any other country, it is neccessary to learn the language of communication of that country in other to cope with every day living. You be the one to decide if you want to learn this at home prior to your travel or learning in Germany.

You can send your transcript to NTNU before 15th December to be on the safe side.

But I don't think you can be denied admission (when you qualify) because you didn't send especially if the one you uploaded was verified to be authentic.

My friend just uploaded only and he was offered admission this year . He was only told to present the original on resumption.


BTW.. Your CGPA is fantastic. With that I am sure you will get in -- all things being equal (ceterus paribus)

Some schools require you to just upload your transcript on the application portal while some require you to send directly from your university as well as upload. So having a soft (certify) copy of your transcript is vitally important.
