But what I’m saying is the maximum a student can make in a month while schooling is $450 and that’s poor for me cos I make more than that here inNigeria. So I don’t see it as a good profit venture going there since I make more here in Nigeria

3million can't cover ur school tuition and maintenance fee for any school in europe...so ur best option is to target free tuition country

Germany and finland...

And if u have very good grades,spread our application to schools that offer scholarship for Africans separately, that will also increase ur options though only God's favour can get you those scholarship, they are highly competitive but I've seen some good testimonies...and they don't have two heads

Well the pay is about 20ksek after tax. Was already on 600k net here in Naija. Do u reckon I would be able to maintain my lifestyle and a size able portion for savings (no 1 priority ).

One problem with some of you are when you read something you don't literally understand what the poster is talking about and cannot ask questions before you conclude.

This person travelled to Europe before I was born and his visa was stamped. They were all told to line up. At that time Nigeria were so good that a lot of people didn't want to travel abroad.

I really don't know why The US Embassy in Austria doesn't approve visa easily. My uncle was also denied a visa there, some years ago though, even with his Austrian passport.

The man was angry but had to return to Nigeria there after and the visa was issued to him.

Where were your interview in Austria?

If you had an error free view, you should have aired it without trying to sound supercilious. In the initial stages of applying for the programme, your sponsor can affirm their support of your academic endeavour by giving you a recent account statement and coupling it with a letter of sponsorship. However, if you read all the parts of my last post, I said it would be better if you show proof of funds with your own account statement showing the equivalent of the required amount. Thus, your sponsor will transfer said amount to your account from the initial stage of application


Attached are the requirements for admission into a master's degree programme in the University of Stavanger

OK. I think the sponsor doesn't necessarily need to transfer the funds to your account...
He/she can present their own bank statements, they just need to write a letter of sponsorship too.

My candid advise for you is to face your business squarely and get yourself enrolled into a part time degree program such UNILAG DLI. Stop indulging in self pity, you lost your mother and so what?. I lost mine forty years ago (in Form Two, JSS II equ.) but qualified as a Chartered Accountant ten years later, at the age of twenty-three.

If you're not careful you'll put yourself into big trouble. Are you that naive? Someone pitied you because you lost your mother, so she'll be taking up the responsibility to educate you "in the abroad". She'll expose her assets to a complete stranger and you don't see that as a bait.

We are Nigerians and therefore saddled with the innate belief in God from time immemorial. A typical Nigerian believes that God will do everything for him/her. Understand my point, am not imposing belief in God on you, by all means, believe in anything that you fancy; but bringing the contempt to the public demoralizes the many that put their belief in God. For me, being spiritual does not mean suspension of the brain.
Writing 'God', or 'god' makes no difference in this context.
Some peeps here have had the worst interview, but somehow, they got the white paper, while some, after their top-notch preparations and dependence on self were denied. It's all about hardwork and grace. I just wanted to point this out. Cheers.

I was thinking of unfollowing this thread if I come online and keep seeing silly questions. But I felt it's better to ignore and move on for the sake of those who might REALLY need help. So maybe you should try same approach.

Most countries in Europe are small, so it's easy to distribute infrastructure unlike in Canada.
