Sir Kay, here's the thing, originally i used to protest LOUDLY. But other people (Not Akola) always used to tell me to forget it and let things be. Hey, even the great MC Omo once told me to "Accept my insults and walk away", though not in those exact words. |
Heh heh, that was a good one men, 6 months to resign. Maybe he's the MD/CEO, |
MC, you and I have had exchanges. So have Jackie and I. They weren't the same thing. It's one thing to argue, it's different when someone starts talking about your parents. Akola, I actually do wish you were the moderator. You're one of the few people who have shown sufficient maturity to moderate here. |
Akola, correct. I-man, listen to akola. That is a neutral person. You, well sometimes you're polite . At least you used to be. You're rarely ever neutral though. |
I don't see any team managed by Big Sam fighting honourably. |
Well, i think cards must fly because Newcastle are going to get quite physical, traditional Bolton style, in order to try and stop us from playing. |
So ManU lost to Bolton? With their first team?? In the Premiership? OOoh dear. |
Kunmi, it's alright, you're free to see and pray for whatever result you like. Fat Sam is getting his P45 tomorrow, On a more serious note, I can't see that game ending with 22 players on the feild. Cards are going to fly. |
Bolton 1 Manu 0. No wonder I-man is so angry. 3 points ahead with a game in hand!!! |
I-man, that is simply not true. You're far from this model of restraint which you have "humbly" assigned to yourslf, that would be Akola or Somze, or maybe Debo and Viera. Not you. And the rule of the forum clearly says no abuse. It's one thing for people to come on the forum and say my team can't play football. We can discuss that and have fun, but a total regard for other people's feelings is just nasty. You get online and the first thing you get is abuse, abuse for your parents and stuff. That is not entertaining at all. There have been days when I left the forum knowing full well that if I knew these people personally, I would have given them a thorough beating, a basic lesson in respect for their fellow men. |
I-man, the guy was rude and annoying. I don't know why he got banned, but he had it coming. I-man, if you use your church mind, you will know that definitely people must have been reporting your man from time immemorial. The only reason why you're okay with him is because he also supports your team. Like the germans who stood back and watched when Hitler seized power in Nazi Germany, you're equally guilty of your man's many offences. |
I'm sure I-man is going to come and blame Gunners again. I-man, if it was gunners that got him banned, how come the gooner thread is also locked? Why do you keep crying wolf instead of getting your facts right? Anyways, it's not as though your hands are clean either, you're far from the most polite person in the sports section. Akola: Much respect men, how's it going? |
I think Maradona wants to coach England if he truly said that |
Story. Same old stuff has started again, calling names and getting personal. The end point is this: Seun's forum, Seun's rules. I mean guys, there's a cost that needs to be paid for maintaining the forum. He pays it. Why then do you feel he should be reasonable by your standards? Again, I'll restate where I stand: While I don't support an outright ban of Jackal or anyone, he definitely needed to be censored. He had reduced the thread from a reasonable debate to a totally classless and offensive madhouse. Kunmi, the information is still there, it hasn't been deleted. You can still refer to it if needed. |
Kunmi, a new thread can be started. Get on with it already. |
Hang on - why is this thread active again? |
Bob, the thread is locked o. |
I think Agbolalahan will flourish in a team like Arsenal, with great training, quick passing and much better ball supply from Hleb and Fab. He also packs a hot shot. |
Hey Seun, I'm not going to speak specifically about any member, but I'll try to give you my unbiased point of view. There are MANY people who come here to argue, some wisely, some stupidly, some just to wind people up. It's all acceptable, and is not a big deal if things can be kept to a reasonable and realistic level. What I have however noticed so far is that there are a few people who are behind EVERY single major infraction on the forum. It's quite ridiculous. Some of us would like to have proper civilised conversations on the forum without someone casting slurs on our sexual orientation, or accusing our parents of various forms of bestiality, insulting statements that have absolutely nothing to do with football. Seun, what normally happens at this point is either we back down and walk away, carrying our annoyance and irritation throughout our day and dissipating it gradually to innocent bystanders (I got into a fight once some hours after getting severely insulted on this forum), or we retaliate. And then WEb get banned (An example here would be Somze who in my opinion is a very polite and mannered person, but simply got wound up on a certain day, and the rest is history). I cannot in all honesty insit on a ban for anyone. The fact is that everyone brings their distinct flavour to the threads. I would however very much appreciate a better environment, with facts instead of insults flying around. Oh by the way, I don't consider anyone as VITAL to the thread. We are all equally important, and deserve the same amout of protection and respect. |
Have the scum responded to the Coventry City question? |
Arsenal could be without Cesc Fabregas for their next three Premier League fixtures after the midfielder suffered a hamstring injury during the 3-1 defeat by Sevilla on Tuesday These people can't read. Now we see that they can't add either. |
@Loyika: Heh. |
chuck - We took all their women, fine or otherwise. Why do you think they keep coming here to swear, curse, and beg for some form of sexual releif? |
Loyika, hang on a minute, did you honestly think this won't happen? I saw it all coming, and I'm not surprised. I'm never surprised when a manc feels intimidated by Arsenal. I'm however quite amazed when a self-styled Football analyst like I-man reduces himself to the point where he starts insulting everyone. Akola: Here are you guys. This is what they've become. |
Gooner1: This thread is becoming unusually offensive, rather like the manc thread. Gooner2: Well, that's because the thread is currently full of mancs. |
Bolton1 Scum 0 (They couldn't even score a goal) |
Chuck, I wonder if any of dem scummies have ever been to Bolton, to see the kind of women that are on display. If they had, they'd NEVER compare Bolton babes to Sevilla babes. |
hahaha. Wenger was staring at hot spanish babes in Sevilla. One wonders what SAF was staring at in Bolton, |
I-man: Lets face it.Sevilla are a mid-table side in Spain closer to relegation(3 points) than the top 4. Dea I-man, so is bolton, but they whupped your butts init? God bless Anelka!!! Nuff said. |
Akola, why? Why would chelski fans hate Arsenal? I can understand your hatred of Tottenham or West Ham, but what has arsenal ever done to Chelski? Or maybe it's the fans you don't like (I don't like ManU fans either, the idiots at the pub last night cheered louder when Sevilla scored against us last night than when they scored against Lisbon) |
All the mancs are here today, cunningly analysing our loss to suit them. The fact is: Whether or not we head the table, we're cool until January. In order to win the Champs league, we'll need to beat the top european teams anyway. It's MUCH better to come second in the group stages than to go into the horrible december fixtures without resting key players. Who's on top of the premier league with a game in hand ![]() |
