Believe a woman of that nature at your own peril, even from the video alone you should be able to tell what is what. In ad much I dislike Nigerian Police, the officer displayed professionalism and maturity.

The perpetrators of such act are aware that in the event of them getting caught, they will most likely get life time in jail with hope of leaving one day maybe thru jail break or being granted leniency by a shallow minded Governor. Look at the portharcourt serial killer, he is still alive jumping from one court to another till date when the evidence against him is overwhelming. Strap these guys to stakes at the beach and broadcast their execution live make we see if the rest no go get sense.

You are on point, during the era of public execution crime was not as much as it is now though other factors could as well be responsible for the difference.

Foolish man, how many hospitals were built during your master's administration? As dull as Buhari is, during his term as PTF boss he built and eqiup many hospitals. That notwithstanding does not mean we are not having a lot of problem in health sector, the problem of erecting more religious centers at the detriments of schools and other vital infrastructures is not peculiar to Kano, even down in the south we can see how every kioks are been converted to religion centers by both major religions. It's due to failure in leadership, focusing on Kano alone is an act of hypocritism.

Okay. There’s thing guy I met one time last year. So he came up bold and said he was interested in a relationship. He didn’t even waste time. I was impressed . Normally I was supposed to dish out my “naija shakara girls style” you know, but I didn’t . After some days I agreed to date him.

Sorry about that, perhaps the guy has another lady somewher, he came to you with the intention of flirting but when he sees you are trying to take it serious he left. It's better he leaves when you hadn't gone too deep loving him, it might be more difficult getting him out of your mind then. Let him be no matter how difficult it is and move on with your life, what is destined for you will forever be your. On a final note I presume he may come back after your had let him be, if he does be very careful before falling again for him. All the best.

Renowned Economist and Academic, Professor Owodunni Teriba passed away on Thursday 23rd April 2020. May his soul RIP

He was born in Ijebu-Ode on February 28th, 1938 to Kadiri and Ashiata Teriba. He attended Olu-Iwa College(now Adeola Odutola College) Ijebu-Ode from 1952- 1956. He studied privately for his for Advanced Level education and completed his Bachelors in Economics at the University of Ibadan in 1962. He then received a scholarship to attend the University of Manchester in Manchester, United Kingdom. At the University of Manchester he obtained his Masters in Economics in 1963 and PhD in Economics in 1965.

He returned to the University of Ibadan in 1966 as a senior lecturer in the Department of Economics. He was Professor and Head of the Department of Economics from 1975 – 1985. He was also at various times a Visiting Scholar and an External Examiner at several universities in Nigeria, the USA, and other parts of Western, Eastern and Southern Africa.

He was the President of the Nigerian Economic Society in 1977, a member of the Governing Council of the Nigerian Institute of Social and Economic Research from 1973-1977 and was also on the Board of Directors of the Nigerian Industrial Development Bank from 1976 to 1980. He was elected a Life Fellow in 1999 which is highest and rarest honor the Nigerian Economic Society bestows on his members.

He is also a published author of numerous books, monographs and journal articles which continue to be used as teaching tools in universities.

In 1980, while on sabbatical from the University of Ibadan, he began working as a consultant for the United Nations Economic Commission for Africa (UNECA) located in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia. In 1985 he became the Senior Regional Adviser to the Member States of the Commission on economic surveys, research and planning. He became the Commission’s Chief Economist and the Director of its Socio-Economic Research and Planning Department in 1989. On retirement he worked as an Economic Consultant.

His remain was laid to rest today April 28th, 2020 in Chicago, USA. Survived by his wife, children, grandchildren and extended family.

I've been quite depressed at the moment and I'm on the verge of losing my sanity.

My girlfriend of two years just dumped me via WhatsApp chat, saying she's walking out of the relationship.
