logica: ...and Pique remains the weakest link. He has probably scored more own goals in 2 years than Puyol has scored in his entire career.Don't mind that long thing. Ever since he hooked up with shakira, he's been mostly calamity bound. |
ddippset: bro i think you raised good points. though i still think we should buy a natural CB in january pair with pique. masch is trying but that still isnt his position and it shows sometimes. also i dont quite agree with changing the position of a player who gives us at least 40 goals in la liga and at least 55 goals in all competitions. that would be criminal.I agree with you on the CB purchase but not on the position change for Messi. Teams are finding more and more ways to mark and thereby making him injury prone, it showed in the second half of last season. I believe his goals would start pouring in soon, he just needs to score one to break the jinx, and if Tata Martino wants to change his position, I think it's good as he'll be able to switch when he's been overcrowded as he regularly is, even freeing more space for Neymar, Pedro and Alexis. NB: His performance against Real Madrid was below par but i'll take the 3points over and over again, unlike last season when he scored and we still lost. |

Odunhana: It won't affect anything. Just make sure it's Maths, Eng, Econs and any two from Govt, comm, geo, accounts.Ok thanks ![]() |
Odunhana: Any of the two goes.Oh ok, I just thought it was going to be one. What if both have different grades, wouldn't that affect the composite score calculation? |
Quick question guys. Which subject amongst 'Commerce' and 'Account' is required to be the last O'level requirement to go along side English mathematics, economics and government for the course "Business Administration"? |
Johnpaul88: I would have prefered we play them earlier before then. They have potential to soil a party!Believe me I hope they'll have dropped more points and be like 7points behind us before our first meeting cos truth be told they're good, better than last season even after losing their best player. One thing I still love them for though is the fact that they made Real madrid go trophyless last season ![]() Johnpaul88: I would have prefered we play them earlier before then. philfearon: You guys should stop bothering Yourselves about Messi na......na wa o! Una just de fall my hands with constant repetition of the Obvious....No mind us jare. Na Messi cause am, he don make those him goals oversweet us |
ddippset: when ronaldo failed to score in the first 4 or 5 games of the season, nobody talked about it and nobody gave a damn about it, but for messi, the whole world is talking. that's genius if you ask me.I think Ronaldo scored in his third match, but that's besides the point. Ronaldo is the best after Messi, so for the overall best it's double standard, that's why the media is making a mountain out of it. |
No oh. Messi is a winner, a fighter and a champion. He always wants to score and win, he's just not at a 100% yet, he admitted that himself. He won't because of a tournament that'll hold next year undermine his legacy as the greatest player. Even when injured, he always wants to play (remember Barca vs PSG) |
Laugh wan blow my balls oh ![]() |
Chai! Money good oh. See as skales be like Ajigijaga |
Don't think it's theirs, not that they can't own such but they're seated like guests in the pics. |
Messi has paid his dues abeg, if he likes let him go ten matches without scoring, he's still Messi, the best player this generation will ever see. |
kokoA: That's why I like Baba Obasanjo. If na him be sep Blatter, he fo no send anybody at all.. He will open his mouth and say "Ah! Everybody knows Messi is better than that boy wey dey roast hair like woman" and clear his throat.. Lol.. No apologies, either madrid takes it or mop river niger.Lol ![]() |
Mr Troll:It's not only you oh. It's so rib cracking ![]() |
Not that I haven't seen believers vs unbelievers argue before but this one is just cracking me up. ![]() |
freemindo: Thank God i finally found my name on list, glory be to GodAt last, the first testimony |
Johnpaul88: Be whoever you wanna be, like i care!Back at you |
Johnpaul88: Do you even mind that guy. If he's so much interested in promoting Real Madrid's things, he should kukuma go to their thread and talk about these things. You don't wanna believe i'm a barca fan, have it your way. I am one, and it's whether you like it or not. I simply said Blatter's comments were uncalled for (my opinion), even Platini is a Barca and Messi fan but he doesn't go around making hair jokes. BTW, if Blatter's comments weren't wrong, why did he apologise? |
ddippset: what do we do now? we all agree that the old man 'misyarned'. do we kill him? he apologized already. he was talking to students and the question was thrown at him. it wasn't premeditated. the old man was trying to crack a couple of grand pa jokes to make the kids laugh but like old men do, he went out of line. and really nobody spoke about the ballon d'or in that conference. it's the ever mischievous press. ronaldo has got quite a lot of sympathizers who have been looking for excuses for several years as to why he always lost to messi and they thought they had gotten the perfect excuse and decided to latch on it. it's not about what blatter says, i challenge anybody to lay ronaldo's performance over the past 4 years side by side with messi's and let's compare. ronaldo has never performed better than messi. never.Quite right. It's just the attention seeking media. He also said he doesn't think he'll ever win the award again with Blatter in charge. Messi anyday anytime, Ronaldo shone in the wrong era. |
Mcleo007: In all fairness and objectivity, I do not see how Mr Blatter 's comment make any pointal to who gets crowned as the best footballer. I wonder where the suggestions are coming from. A simple humour has been hijacked to mean something that was never intended .. So grouse!Yeah naturally it shouldn't have, but in this case it's not the statement, it's who made them. Even without those comments, Messi already has a reputation as "Fifa pikin" and those comments by Blatter didn't do any good |
AjanleKoko: ^^Hehe ![]() |
usbcable: Attention for the Commander himselfLol. I guess that's a TAKE THAT SEPP BLATTER |
Sepp Blatter shouldn't just have made those comments. Fine he's a fan too and he has his preference but at the same time he should realize his position. His apology is like throwing a knife away after it had already cut you. That being said, records don't lie, Ronaldo has always been second best to Messi over the last five years and he shouldn't look for an excuse for not winning the Ballon D'or again this year, he's a great player but next year's award is between Messi and Ribery |
Lol, una see wetin sepp blatter cause? |
Like seriously, not even one testimony at all? ![]() |
Johnpaul88: Who cares what you say. Barcelona fan indeed!Take it or leave it, I'm a catalan fan, and the fact that I am doesn't mean I should be insincere |
ddippset: sepp blatter is a human being who like majority of football fans across the world prefers messi to ronaldo. but he was wrong to mention the hair issue. he was trying to be funny but ronaldo didnt enjoy the joke. You get my point. Some jokes are too expensive. Ronaldo, in his reply said "A lot has been explained" which I think means that he thinks fifa purposely favors Messi ahead of him. |
Fifa president Sepp Blatter made favouristic comments towards Messi as opposed to Ronaldo. Both Real Madrid and Ronaldo have shown their disgust and the comments have caused quite a stir. I'm a Barcelona fan but I must say these comments are rather unethical, unprofessional and uncalled for. www.telegraph.co.uk/sport/football/teams/real-madrid/10411859/Real-Madrid-ask-Fifa-to-retract-Sepp-Blatters-disrespectful-comments-about-Cristiano-Ronaldo.html www.goal.com/en-gb/news/3277/la-liga/2013/10/29/4368859/ronaldo-accuses-blatter-of-messi-bias?ICID=HP_BN_2 |
