Nigeria is Big enough for my country of residence , I likened the question to asking me where do you prefer staying in Lagos? whether am staying in the Osborne estate Ikoyi or "Makoko estate" does not really matter since am still in f**kin Lagos . In other words, be it Lagos, sokoto, Ekiti, Warri, let me have the opportunity of residing anywhere in Nigeria without the residency or ethnicity dichotomy! This letter has just succeeded in stating the obvious i.e the inconceivable level of ineptitude and corruption that is playing itself out in Delta State. I visited Oleh(Isoko South) during the Christmas and New year holidays and I was utterly devastated with level of neglect that I saw, and this town is supposed to be the "most developed" in Isokoland , this speaks volume of the Government in power. Uduaghan and his cohorts should be ready to answer to the people (which is the voice of God BTW) Below are some of the Uncompleted White Elephant Projects of "Asaba traffic LASTMA": Dualisation of Emore Road Oleh; I was told the construction is Four years and counting P.S this road is barely 1Km Dualisation of Ogbemudia Road Oleh; Uncompleted.. Construction of Engineering Blocks of Delta State University Oleh Campus: Uncompleted These are some of the projects i was interested in. CAN'T WAIT TILL 2015.. I will personally fly back home and cast my vote! What NONSENSE? |

Let's say he is still important to those who still respect for him, As for Nigeria political space and who controls it ,Obasanjo is no more a ''strong'' force to reckon with, just heard in the news this morning that the PDP NEC meeting ended up in a deadlock, that could be attributed to political streamlining occassioned by the free hand promoted by GEJ, Where no single political figure whims and caprices holds sway. Billyonaire: If you attended any University, you would have been taught about the "If" statements in elementary Philosophy. That being said, Ibori's fall was that of loyalty. And one more thing. Life imprisonment means 25yrs. So you need a little more than common sense to debate this issue with me.The problem in Nigeria is sometimes if not all times the citizens, I don't quite get your point, Are you trying to justify corruption in whatsover form whether disloyalty is involved or not?. May God save us from citizens that would go any length to "sentimentize" corruption with their arse and not their brains.That Ibori is a thief is glaringly stating the obvious, we are quite aware of his underground stunts with the Abacha dynasty, and he so much played on our intelligence by denying the fact that a particular James Onanefe Ibori that was convicted some years back before the 1999 charade was not him, I can go on and on, am actually typing this with anger-ladened fingers. But please if we really want to curb corruption in this country of ours, we should reject corruption in all forms, and as my people will put it "if you are rebuking the Devil, rebuke with all that is Devilish either in works or deeds" 1 Like |

Just happy that Nigerians and Deltans alike are beginning to see the way things work in that state where a Governor controls traffic after gallivanting from EKO 2012 all in the name of trying to endear himself to the hearts of Deltans of which i know is ''kpomo'' Btw.
