it all happen that i got married to my wife about 8 yrs ago and we have 2 kids and i have been fulfilling my side of the the bargain, i mean i provide all necessary things at home both for her and my kids. Very good information but i beg to disagree with your paragraph 1 & 5 respectively. it is not compulsory you get a lawyer involved, because that is not an assurance that all will be well, we have seen cases where lawyers too are culpable. so getting a lawyer should be an optional thing but not compulsory. 2.you advise that a prospective tenant should not pay in full for an uncompleted building, i also disagree because it is this same money in question that will be use for the completion of the building, so if half or part is paid, the building might not be completed as planned. I felt for those traders at Ladipo Market, but truth is that they are careless about their environment, if you are a regular visitor to Ladipo Market you would know what i am saying. More so the place is so choked up and not conductive for a market of that magnitude. They should relocate to a more better and spacious place. Meanwhile Gov. Fashola should re open the place on compassionate ground and they too should reciprocate by adhering strictly to all environmental laws of Lagos State.

His style of leadership is worst than that of a dictator, may be he has forgotten so fast that the same downtrodden poor are the people that voted for him. Almighty will surely judge him accordingly.
