Election is not about total highest number of votes but have you fulfill the constitutional requirements in 2/3 of 36 states. Therefore, state with highest no of votes and the state with least no. of votes are same in the eyes of the law. Do you still remember US election between Donald trump and Hillary Clinton. Hillary had the highest votes but lost the election. |
