Democrat supporters here don't know anything about JPCOA. The only thing was that it made Obama look good. To the contrary the deal sought to free Iran from any constraint s to develop nuclear bombs and missiles after 10 years.
Today the international community would be helpless had Iran agreed by the JPCOA and kept it's end of the bargain.

This is a much better incentive system because it saves taxpayers a huge amount of money and SpaceX gets rewarded for making launches cheaper
